After Nova kissed Trash, Trash's face became really red because this was their first ever kiss because they are a lonely virgin. Nova realizes that Trash it really flustered and red and feels a bit bad for not asking and making sure it was okay first. "Sorry, Trash. I just couldn't stop myself...you're too beautiful and I've had a crush on you for like..forever." Nova said apologetically, chuckling a bit before saying forever, they were also pretty nervous and had their hand on the back of their neck. "Oh no..it's okay. It's just that..that was my first kiss." Trash assures nova, since Trash really loved it. Trash felt a spark go through them when Nova's lips touched theirs. "Wait, seriously?? You've never kissed anybody before? You're so attracti- OH MY GOD I'M SO SORRY." Nova said in a panic, covering their mouth with their eyes wide open. Trash just laughed at this, Trash found it really cute. "It's okay, I think you're attractive too." Trash said looking into Nova's eyes.
They stared into each other's eyes in complete silence for around 5 seconds before Trash got a text. "Oh shit, sorry.", Trash said to Nova while hesitantly taking their eyes away from Nova's. While Trash took his eyes off of Nova, Nova had a glimpse of sadness in their eyes, since they didn't want the moment to end so suddenly. Trash looked down at their phone and saw it was from their mom. "Ughhhhh", Trash said in a very annoyed tone. "What is it, sweetie?", Nova asked Trash, a little bit concerned. "Honey?", Trash asked to Nova in a bit of a flirtatious tone. "I know it's a weird thing to call someone, but..I thought maybe since we might start dating and all..we should call each other cute couple names?", Nova said, their eyes and voice filled with hope.
"Hmmmm..so you're my girlfriend--or partner now?" Trash asked, not really knowing which to call them. "Haha. You can call me girlfriend.", Nova said. "Alright, we'll I've got to go...but I'll see you tomorrow at school. I really wish I could stay with you longer..", Trash said in disappointment. "I wish you could too. But, you should really head home if you have to, dear. We'll catch up tomorrow at lunch!", Nova said as Trash started making his way out of the door. They waved each other goodbye and that was the end of the night.
Nova instantly got their phone out and thought, "OMGGG, I have to text Val about this." since they knew Val would be interested by this. (This chapter was written by Val, chapter one was Maria)
