Fast asleep.. Dreaming again...What's that?.. I felt heat and what else...Uhmm..oh yes... voices...
"Jack?"
A mysterious voice said in the back of my head..
"Jackk.."
"Jaaackkk!"
"Jack!"
Wide awake, i woke up.
"Felix...?"
"Finally..Jack.. Important news!"
"What? News?"
"Yea!"
"News!"
"What's the news?"
"Take a look!"
I opened the letter, or i should say, "Note", it was neatly folded, i opened it, reading closely.. Starting early?...
Smarter students will be attending school on the **/**/**..
List of students below..
I read it carefully.. knowing I'm going to be there.. Jack Walten..
Never been so happy to be on a pice of paper..
"Yayy...I'm sooo happy!"
"Was that sarcasm or?"
"Yes.."
"Well at least we get a headstart right?"
"...i guess? It does start kind of early though.."
"That's what a headstart is!"
"Man.. i don't wanna wake up early again.."
"Well you did wake up at 9:00 AM today..Or i should say i did-"
He said, i shrugged.
"So are we going to go walk around the place or?"
"Guess so!"
"Okay."
We both got up, i got my hair done while he changed. We both got ready and left the dorm.
"Felix?"
"Yeah?"
"How did you sleep last night?"
"Ehh, it was okay- Why?"
"Just asking, my back was hurting a bit."
"Oh, have back pain, or the bed was too hard?"
"No idea.."
"Where did you park?"
"Around the corner,"
"You parked far-"
"Ehh, i guess, i thought it was closer."
"I guess?"
We got into the car, turned the engine on and got running.
"Do you have any music?"
"Its somewhere down there,"
"Here?"
"Yeah,"
"Lets see what you got.."
"Mostly Spanish songs I'll tell you that-"
"Heh that's fine!"
"It doesn't matter that much, i just wanna hear something.."
"Okay then.."
He grabbed a CD and put it in the cassette player, he tried each of them to compare which was better.
"Im pretty sure there's 2 CD's in there that are in English,"
"Really?"
"Yeah, but I'm not sure,"
"Let me check!"
The town was kind of small, somewhere in between, there was small diners, gas stations and other places.
"I think i found it.."
"What's it called?"
"I don't know, it's crossed out."
"Oh, yeah I'm pretty sure that's the one,"
"Okay??"
"Its in English-"
"But why is it crossed out?"
"I forgot,"
"Really?"
"What? It's been awhile since i heard those CD'S."
"So you listen to nothing? Absolutely nothing?"
"Yeah?"
"Why?"
"Because there's music outside?"
Felix sighed, probably annoyed that i rarely hear my discs.
"Well Is it going to work? It could be damaged."
"Well they always worked when i put them in,"
"Okay, i trust you.."
He took the CD out and put it in.
"Are you okay?"
I asked since he gasped the moment he heard it,
"You like love songs?"
"What!? No!"
"Why do you listen to then?? Hmm?"
"Because my mom had them."
"So it was your mom's?
"Mhmm."
"Well she has good taste.."
"You like romantic songs?"
"Some..Some of them suck though-"
"Do you see any gas stations nearby?"
"No, why?"
"Im running out of gas."
"Oh, i think i saw one over there."
"Ok.."
We passed through a small grocery store and a couple pedestrians, until we found a small gas station, it was a peach-ish color. I parked, payed and started filling the car up. After that we went to go get some lunch, we decided to go into a well known diner on a newspaper Felix found.

"Doesn't look that bad!"
I said prepared to eat my first meal of the day. We went inside, it smelt nice maybe like a sweet smell? Anyways, the decor was really pretty and the seats were good enough.
"What could i get for you two young boys?"
The waitress asked.
"I think i would like this fish dish,please!"
"And your drink?"
"Water."
"Of course! And you sir?"
"What would you recommend?"
"Oh! I think you would like that dish,"
"I think that's the best, but it's just my opinion!"
"I'll get that,"
"And your drink?"
"By any chance, do y'all sell lemonade?"
"Yes we do!"
"I'll get it."
"Alright! So i have.."
The waitress continued saying the order of the meal until we agreed with his words.
"Is there anything else i could get you both?"
"No, sir!"
"Alright! Tell me if you need any help with anything!"
"Yeah, of course!"
"Why'd you get fish?"
He shrugged. We had some small talks
Until our dishes came,when it did we ate a little bit, Felix didn't finish all his dish but i did.
"Ready to go?"
"Mmhm!"
We both walked out the diner and went back to my car.
"We going to explore more or go back to the dorm?"
"Could we explore more?"
"Because there's really nothing to do at the dorm."
"Yeah, true, so we're do you wanna go?"
"The small mall?"
"Sure!"
The mall wasn't that far from the college or diner, so we could go there once in a while.
"At your destination!"
"Its looks pretty!"
"It does,"
"What are we waiting?"
"Lets go!"
Both of us got out and started walking inside, it wasn't that bad or good, somewhere in between, we looked around, nothing that interesting, or boring.
"Can we look at the toys?"
"Toys? Are you a kid Felix?"
"No? I juts wanna see what kids play these days."
"Ok? Fine."
We went to the toys section for no reason, the toys were kind of weird though. We decided to go back to the dorm since it was getting pretty boring and plus we already kind of explored the town a little. We arrived at our dorm and took some quick showers.
* 6:49. *
"Could we get some dinner?"
"Did'int we just eat 2 hours ago?"
"Im hungry though!"
"Fine, what do you want?"
"A hotdog."
"Okay, I'll be back"
I took the keys and walked outside, while going to my car, i saw someone awfully familiar, walking around. I decided to ignore that person and walk to my car, i started it and while driving past that person i noticed it was..

"Rosemary?"
"Oh, hey Jack!"
"How are you?"
"Im alright, thank you! And you?"
"Im doing good!"
"Im glad!"
"Going anywhere?"
"No, i wish! Just wondering all over the place."
"Do you want to, umm, come with me?"
"Im just grabbing some diner for me and Felix,"
"Oh!"
She said, giggling and blushing of embarrassment,
"Its fine if you don't want to!"
"No, it's okay, Its not like I'm doing anything anyways!"
She got in the car carefully, putting her notebook on her lap, she sat her head on the window.

"Soo..?"
"Hows your day today?"
"Its ok, i found out i have to start a little more earlier than others!"
"Really?!, I have to too!"
"Oh that's, good?"
"I don't know.. I think it's pretty unfair."
"Well i guess, but it's probably because we are in the higher grades, is it called honors? Or??"
"Ehh, i have no idea.."
Giggling a bit, kind of embarrassed that i don't know a title of the most simplest thing.
"What's this restaurant? Or diner your'e going?"
"We just found it while looking at a newspaper, it was about 2 hours ago? Im not sure but, it should be around this corner,"
I turned a right and saw the little gas station we saw earlier so i knew it was somewhere around here. I took a couple turns until i found the right location.
"There it is!"
"Ooh, i think i heard some people talk about this place.."
"Thats nice! It's pretty good by the way!"
"Well i hope so!"
We walked up and said our order, we sat a little, had some chats and got our food, we walked back to my car, and i started driving back to the dorms.
"Well it was nice seeing you again Jack!"
"It was also nice seeing you too!"
"Bye!"
She said walking away with the bag of food she bought,
"Bye Rosemary!"
I walked back to the dorm, it seemed like she went a different way this time, maybe another entrance to the building, whatever it was i had a good time with her, she said that she already bought some things for her dorm, and that's why she was going outside for a break.
I knocked on the door, hoping Felix would supposedly open the door right away, but he took a moment before he did.
"Sorry! Was in the bathroom!"
"Thats fine, i bought from the same diner by the way,"
"Oh ok, let's see if there food is still good like the fish.."
"Surely it's gonna taste the same like fish-"
"Well not exactly like fish, but that it'll still taste good enough.."
We opened our food and ate on our beds, i did ask Felix if we should get at least a coach or a table to use since we did only have one single table in our dorm, he did agree we should get one but we would have to be working hard enough and make a lot of space for it since our dorm is incredibly small.
After eating we both got ready and got to bed, maybe we could explore the school more? I'm not sure but today was a good day and I couldn't be more grateful...
