When the foundation captured SCP 666-008 also known as "Sero" or "Cellophane". We had difficulties. It was first discovered in America as a pseudo spider man It was quite the mess to clean up and disguise, in the end we had to change everyone's memories to believe it was a molasses flood, not unlike the last one in the USA. Later that same year, we found the SCP again, however in disguise.
SCP 666-008 was disguised as a big roll of tape. People assumed it was refilled daily, and was for public use. However, when we recorded the roll, it just happened that tape appeared non-stop. It was never put there nor moved. When we sent agents to recover the SCP. It taped them up to the ceiling like a spider's web. This SCP seems to love spiderman...
3 years after the incidents, we captured him by using Pinky's acid. And mxing it into a substance that would immobolize him with his own tape. He now is quite tame while in containment as long as we keep playing spider man scenes on the big screen TV in his cell.
It's a weird joke between the higher ups. But sometimes when halloween comes around, they release Cellophane into the halls with a Venom costume on. And make sure the the guards ammo is nonexistent. It's quite funny if i say so myself. Sero is contented with this as well. Just as long as he can see some of the 666 category and scare our people.
