Where this SCP comes is unknown. It does resemble a human being as such a lot of SCP foundation staff believes that this SCP was once human and got in contact with some radioactive substance which made him look how he is now. However even though his origin are unknown, this SCP was reported to be a devil and after researching the recent rumors going around, it was captured.
This SCP is a rather cruel as well as lonely SCP. Depending on how you treat this SCP, it will either respond in kindness or cruelty which is why it earned its name the devil in the rumors.
It is suggested never to talk about its inhuman experience or it will snap. When it does lose its temper it will as well attack with his Tentacle like arm but more importantly he can transform the ends of the tentacles to a sense organ. That means that this SCP will either bite or use his multiple mouths to start harming the person's mental health. This is why it has an unofficial name as Whispering Devil.
Nonetheless the SCP foundation strives to understand this creature and there was only one thing that was found out till now. The Tentacle man is a person of few words but enjoys listening to other peoples talk. This is why the SCP foundation decided to put this SCP together with SCP 666-001 together from time to time.
