Three months later.

Regulus' POV:

"-Aw, shit.
-Mr Black, take that paper you just tried to pass to miss Y/L/N and bring it to me.
-I'm sorry?
-Now, Mr Black.
-But, hum... This is quite embarrassing so, if I could just—
-You wouldn't want detention now, would you?"

I sighed. Why is she like that today?
I took the paper and held it tightly while bringing it to McGonagall. I could feel the students' eyes on my back.

I gave it to her and said so quietly it was almost inaudible:
"-Please, don't read it out loud..."

McGonagall unfolded the paper and smiled before refolding it.

"-Go back to your seat, please."

Oh dear.

She went to Y/N's desk and gave her the paper. I sighed before realising what just happened.

"-Professor, what—
-Try not to pass the answers of the exercise to your classmate next time."

"-No, seriously, I swear that I saw her wink!
-Regulus. Where is Y/N now?
-Well, I don't know—
-You fucking wrote your feelings on a piece of paper and ran away after class without trying to talk to her?
-Hey! Don't start yelling like that, I was scared, okay? That's why I ran away!
-You better go find her right now."
