Hello, love...

I'd like to apologise first because I read your diary. It took me an awful lot of time to think about everything you wrote in your diary and in the letter you left there for me...

But tonight, in this cold ass night of November, I decided I'd give you what you wanted. Me laughing about it in this letter, saying I'm okay with breaking up.
I don't want to lie here, it's going to take a while for me to get over it but I know I'll make it, so don't worry! You didn't made the wrong choice, I decided that it would be better for both of us to break up. I'm giving you this because I know you don't want to hurt me if you end up leaving but also because I don't want to stay there and keep hurting at the idea that I couldn't convince you to stay if you ever go away.

So this is it. The day I'll leave this letter on your nightstand will be the last time we'll see each other. And you won't even be awake...

Let's be strangers again, but this time, with memories. You already made me happy and I won't ask for more.

Thank you for the wonderful time we spent together, you made my childhood way better than it was, and I was the happiest I've ever been with you. I'll always remember you as the person who healed my broken heart.

I hope you'll find someone to heal your broken heart just the way you did with mine, because you deserve to be happy. I couldn't heal your broken heart enough to convince you to stay, but I hope someone else will.
But just know that if you don't want to stay and that you really want to go and try to be happy somewhere else, you can do it.
