(Third person pov)
Heywood: 11:25 AM
Y/N drove through the street on his way to the bar Maine said the Arasaka driver would be hanging out at. Rebecca relaxed in the passenger seat with her hands behind her head.
"You sure you didn't wanna stop to see the fights before heading here? Thought you'd be into that sort of thing."
"Eh... those girls aren't my type. Now if it was between two girls that looked like you or Lucy..."
Rebecca's eyes snapped open at the statement before she started to sock the young man as they head out the highway and into the parking lot. Y/N laughing at her response and ignoring how many times she's hit his arm in the process.
Half an hour passes by and the target is heading into the bar. Sulking from his loss. The two head inside to ready up for the scene. Dorio and the new recruit sitting across from them as the Arasaka driver drinks his misery away. Eventually he started to fall asleep. Within a flash, Y/N saw the recruit switch places from the table behind Dorio to being directly behind her. He blinked.
"Well shit... He really does have the same thing as me."
Failsafe was leaning against the wall of the bar. Watching. Paying attention to every move the young Latino made.
"It would seem so..."
"Hold on... His master's calling."
Kiwi said calling everyone as the driver woke up.
"Sheesh, bastard can't catch a break. No rest for the wicked."
Maine said while on the other line. The driver sighed.
"No good. Boss needs 'im there."
"Shit. On his day off?"
"I'm not done making the copy!"
"Fuck! Change of plans, kid. The key to the car - Grab it!"
The boy takes the key and runs towards the exit.
Rebecca casually struts by Y/N with a drink in her hand. The street samurai watched as he stared at her back. An eyebrow raised both wondering how it'll play out and admiring the view he could get from the underside of her jacket.
"Becca, trip him up."
The boy looked back.
"Huh?"
"Chop chop go!"
Dorio told him as he hurried out. Rebecca walking alongside the driver and matching his pace before pretending to trip and spill her drink on him.
"Kyaha~!"
"Uoh! Watch it!"
"Oh gosh. I'm so sorry~"
The short girl said as she wiped the spill on his shirt. Reaching lower and lower before grabbing his crotch. Y/N's expression went from interested to deadpan staring at the two. Failsafe looking towards the young man as his grip tightened around his bar glass. Funds were being transferred to the bartender. He noticed the sudden transaction and turned to Y/N.
"Look man, I'm okay with free money but I don't get why you'd-"
"CRASH!"
His eyes widened. The glass was crushed by the young man's grip. His hand now bleeding from the broken glass. Y/N grabbed one of the rags and tied it around his injured hand. Opening and closing his palm to check if he could still used it. He looked back up at the bartender who slowly turned away acting as if he didn't see anything. The young man looked back down at the counter waiting for Rebecca to come back. A few minutes later the short edgerunner came back sitting a couple of seats away from Y/N. Watching the driver walk away.
