Philip was strapped down, struggling against his restraints. The dentist stood over him, grinning ear to ear "hold still, let me numb the area" he forced his mouth open and stuck the needle inside. He groaned as he felt the cold metal side into his skin. The dentist laughed as he pulled away and tossed the needle aside. It shattered on the hard floor. Philip's eyes widened as he could suddenly feel the air against his teeth, every movement pushing the air against it like a cold breeze, burning the surface. The dentist laughed a cruel laugh "Oops, I think that was the wrong syringe, you don't mind do you?". Before Philip could answer the dentist thrusted a machine into his mouth, cranking it a few times it forced his mouth open. The dentist examined it a moment before cranking it more and more. Each cranking forcing his jaw open wider, wider until a pop was heard. He let out a wordless scream as his jaw popped out of place. The dentist laughed again "Oops, oh well, lets get to work" he picked up the rusted pliers and examined his teeth. "Hmm, lets see here" he was smirking all the while. "They all look fine, you must brush regularly...yes their perfect, too perfect not to take a couple" the dentist walked over to a mirror and examined his own teeth, thinking carefully. After a moment her put the pliers into his own mouth and tore out a tooth with a sickening crack. He tossed it aside with the same gravity as he would throw away a sweet wrapper. He stalked over to Philip and smiled at him, his left front tooth missing "you'll be a dear and just hand your's over won't you?" Without waiting for an answer her clamped the pliers around his tooth. He felt the pressure around his tooth, it felt like a vice, ready to crack his tooth open. He barely had a second to register the situation before the dentist yanked, a sickening crack sounding out as he tore the tooth out. Philip's screamed filled the room as he felt like his mouth was on fire. The dentist slotted the new tooth into his mouth with a click and turned back to the mirror "hmm, I could do with a couple more replacements, don't you think"
