I've noticed that as people get further into school they usually despise going- it's so common it's become the stereotype of lots of kids, especially teenagers/high schoolers. I actually somewhat enjoy going to school as it's the one place I know I'll have support. It's the one place I can fully be myself with very little restraint, it's nice being able to do that. School is the one place where the people I'm usually around won't say my identity doesn't exist, or say I'm confused because of who I'm attracted to, or tell me that I shouldn't say I am what I am because I'm "too young"
I don't even know- I guess I shouldn't always expect this level of acceptance and respect from everybody- but that doesn't mean that everyone should try to invalidate me either.
