Zoe's POV:
"No, no no no, this can't be happening! You've got the wrong person" I said, completely in shock, how could Sebastien do something like that? I mean, I didn't know him that well but he seemed like the sort of boy to be in the boy scouts not be a complete psychopath murderer!
"Well, are you Zoe Evans?" The officer asked
"Yes" I replied
"Do you attend Charles Dickens secondary school?"
"Yes" I was starting to think he had got it right...
"Is your birthday on the 17th of May?" As soon as he asked that, all hope was lost, it was me Sebastien wanted.
"Y..yes" I stuttered, I was scared of what was going to happen to me, especially Max...
"Well, in order to protect you we must stay here, just to insure you're safety" he said
"We?" Max asked
"Yes, me and the other officers, two of them, officer Goulard and officer Roupenel" he said stepping aside as I shook the two officers hands. They seemed nice enough, officer Roupenel was pretty.....weird. And officer Goulard was really nice though, they both had blonde curly hair and deep blue eyes, they were...kind of pretty, officer Mayere came in took a seat, he started telling us what will happen and Max just sat with me in he arms, I couldn't let anything happen to him, and there was only one way that was going to happen...
"So, how did you two meet?" Officer Mayere asked, as soon as he did, I got scared, what if he arrested Max, he would go go jail and Sebastien would win, I can't let that happen
"At the coffee shop" I replied quickly as Max understood what I was doing
"Yeah, I ordered her a coffee and we just got to know each other" Max also replied smiling.
"Oh well that's nice" Officer Mayere replied "you two are really good together"
"Thanks Officer" I replied with a smile
"Oh please, call me Robert" he said as me and Max nodded.
After a couple of hours it was just me and Max, the others had gone to bed, I couldn't let this happen, I could tell that Max was worried, and I hated the fact that I had to do this, but it was the only way.
"Max, can I speak with you a minute please?" I said as I got sweaty palms
"Yeah, what's up angel?" He said as I was about to break his heart
"We can't be together any more..." I said
