Summary: your hands are cold and Vinnie is trying to warm them up
--------------------------------------------------Normally you rarely come to tattoo sessions when Vinnie gets a new one. But today he could convince you to come along.
He is getting a new one on his thigh. That's why he's wearing shorts, despite the cold weather.
You, on the other hand, are wearing oversized clothes with a jacket from Vinnie that is much too big for you.
"Vinnie, your appointment is coming up. If you really want to go there today, we should get going now?" You yell up the stairs. Towards the room where you think he is. His streaming room.
After a few seconds he comes out of it. He stops at the top of the stairs in his shorts and a
t-shirt.You look at him expectantly. Why is he stopping now?
"Come on, Vinnie. We gotta go." "Babe. Relax. I know that tattoo artist. He's done all my tattoos. He knows me. So if I'm ever late it's not so bad." He walks slowly down the stairs and toward you.
You stand there with your arms crossed, waiting for him to finally make it down the stairs.
Vinnie walks past you with a quick relax-you look in your direction. As he bends down to put on his shoes, he says casually, "My jacket looks good on you, by the way. You should wear it more often."
"That's very sweet of you darling." You answer and stroke him briefly over the back. "I'll wait for you outside."
Vinnie still with his head down nods slightly.
You open the door and step outside. The cold immediately hits you.
"Y/N I left my phone upstairs. I have to get it quickly. Then we can go." "Okay, but hurry up." You call into the house.
You hear Vinnie calling to you, getting quieter and quieter: "You need to relax. You're more excited than me. Even though I'm getting tattooed."
You roll your eyes. But Vinnie's right. Which is why you resolve to relax and just enjoy your time together with him.
You're starting to get cold, so you put your hands in your jacket pockets.
You hear Vinnie sprint down the stairs. He is already standing in the doorway. He turns and closes it behind him. Then he turns back to you.
"Well, now we can go." He says, slightly out of breath.
Vinnie holds out his hand for you to put yours in his. You pull yours out of your pocket and place it in his.
Vinnie opens his eyes and slowly turns his head in your direction. What's wrong with him now? Is he turning psycho now? You ask yourself.
"Babe... your hands are cold." He says worriedly and now with a normal look again.
"Well, it took you so long."
You have just made it a few meters when Vinnie stops. He turns to you, takes your other hand in his and holds it together between his.
He brings it to his mouth and breathes against it to warm it.
He removes it from his lips for a short time and looks down at you. You lift your head to look him in the eyes.
"You should have stayed in the house while I was getting ready. Now you're already cold. And we haven't even really left yet." He says with a deep look into your eyes and leads your hands back to his lips. His gaze stays fixed on you.
He immediately starts breathing against them again.
All the while, you say nothing. But you continue to look him in the eye. After a short time he asks: "Is it getting better?"
You nod. Vinnie nods in confirmation and presses a kiss to your knuckles.
"Shall we continue?" He asks. In answer you nod again. "But you're not cold in your shorts..."
Vinnie shakes his head and smiles slightly.
"Come on. We've got to get going now. I have a tattoo appointment." Does he make fun of you by disguising his voice.
