A Date? or Not[9]

Just like that morning came and here i am in my first class of school. Why does it have to be chemistry first class early in the morning.

"Hey cutie pie" Caden chimes while he sat himself right beside me. "Hey" i say all blushing as all the things from the other night rushed in. I like him, oh my god it's different when you accept it.

"You remember our date right" mischief played in his eyes when he said that. "Oh sure i am so looking forward to do a 500 word long paperwork as to why the whole universe constitutes of atoms. it's fun"i dramatically said while vigorously moving my hands along for the effect and then rolled my eyes at the last bit.

To which Caden started hysterically laughing, so much that he had to clutch on to his stomach. "Hooh dude slow it down" luke said as he placed his back pack on the other side of me. Well that was the only spot empty so. Yeah.

"It's her, you would laugh your guts out, if you have seen it too" Caden said still laughing. "Stop laughing" i warned folding my hands and putting up a serious face. " Huh bwaahahahahah" "CADEN" this is frustrating "sorry honeypuffs couldn't help it" Caden stated while straightening up his posture, and trying his best to stop laughing.

"Load of bull, luke here is fine" i said looking at luke just to see a little smile playing on his lips. "Or not" Caden meddled while he had a smirk plastered on his face. "Fine" i said pouting, while getting my books ready for the class.

"Oh honey puffs are yo-" Caden's words came to a hault as Mrs.harriet graced us in her routine all pink attire.

"Sorry guys i am late again" mila rushed towards our routine table at the end of the cafeteria right beside a 6X4 feet window. Luke and Caden gave her a 'we are used to this look' while noding their heads in defeat before going back to eating.

Soon Aaron and Josh with the other two boys joined us.filling up the whole table, the boys were As noisy as before only that i don't feel that left out anymore. For the first time in years i felt like i am going to have more than one friend. I am liking it.

"Hey where you drifting to" mila bought me back from my slumber "hello earth to you Ciara" Caden and luke joined to which i just gave them a stupid smile.

Caden me and luke were supposed to meet after school. So here I am waiting for them at the front gates. "Waiting for your delusional boyfriend fatty" a group of bastards commented. I stood there ignoring their insults which are as weak as their wit in the punchlines they are throwing at me.

"Hop on princess let's go" Caden said as he rolled down his car windows and then opened the car door for me, i got into the back seat while smirking at the boy that earlier insulted me. Oh my god it was a face to look at.

"Woah why were you taunting him" luke amused, "nothing big, just a sweet little revenge" i said as i started checking out my phone. It was a silent ride, it hardly took us 5 mins to reach there.

It was a very normal looking cafe, colourful and shimmery i had say. We sat ourselves at a corner table, it was peaceful. Once i set up all my materials and everything, we immediately divided our work and started working on it.

"Hey guys what you'd like" luke questioned as he flipped through the menu "i would like a iced coffee" i said while looking at my laptop " sure" was all i heard and the table went silent again.

After some 1omins the waiter was there with our orders. Luke and Caden got a latte and americano, "chocolate cake" i exclaimed happily.

"Glad you like it, here" luke placed the plate in front of me" thanks" i started digging in as soon as I got my hands in it "delicious" i squealed doin my happy dance. How long it's been since i had a cake.

"Well, thank Caden" luke said as he had a bite of his lemon cake.
"You are the best" i said giving him a thumbs-up, grinning from ear to ear. He just looked at my face, a second later he bought his hand near to my lips placing it on my cheek while he gently rubbed on the corner of my lip. "Here, wiped it off"

My face is burning right now, i didn't dare to move. Just sat there flustered with the sudden course of actions "thanks" i said looking away from him.
