The Checkup

~3rd POV~

The sun rays peeked through the curtains in the room of Izuku Yagi. The sun shining on his snow white hair giving it a warm glow. He rubbed his eyes open, revealing turquoise and emerald gems hiding beneath the lids.

The little omega yawned and stretched in the bed. Then it dawned on him what day it was.

He quickly jumped out of bed and made a dash for his sister, Izumi Yagi's room. "IZZUUUMIIIII!!!GET UP OR WE'LL BE LATE FOR THE DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT!"

"Mhm...Five more minutes..."

"Hmph." Izuku folded his arms, pouting. He climbed onto the bed with ease, which was surprising considering his height.

He crouched near her ear and whispered, "Izumi~daddy ate all the pancakes for breakfast~"

At this the little alpha shot out off the bed. "He did what?!"

"Pffft. Ahahahaha!" Izuku tumbled off the bed laughing.

The blonde turned to the heterochromic boy. "You think that's funny Izuku?" She said inching her way to him with a sly grin hands prepared for attack.

"I'll show you what's funny! Aaarggh!"

She pounced on him and started tickling him. "I'm sorry Zumi! Please stop! That tickles!"

"Hey what's all the ruckus for?"Inko said appearing at the door. They got off the floor and pointed at each other.

"He/she started it."

"Well both of you aren't going anywhere and getting any breakfast if you don't get ready."

The children gasped.

"No appointment/breakfast?!"

Faster than Inko could say 'jack', a blur of white had dashed past her and Izumi had dissapeared into the bathroom.

Inko chuckled to herself and went back downstairs.

In just a few minutes, Izuku appeared at the top of the stairs in a green sweatshirt that said 'sweatshirt' and beige shorts and red converse holding an All Might action figure.

"I'm ready!"

"That was fast Izuku."Inko said with an amused smile.

"But of course, men are of the essence of time."Toshinori said.

"Says the man who's late for work,"Inko shot back.

"Wait what?!" Toshinori grabbed his briefcase gave his wife a quick peck and dashed out the door.

"Love you kids bye!"

Just then Izumi came out in a yellow top and black skirt with her hair in a loose braid.

"Where's dad?"

"Work." Izuku said stuffing a pancake dripping with syrup in his mouth.

"Heeeeeyy. How'd you get here so fast?

The omega shrugged. "Meh, you're just slow I guess."

Before Izumi could make a comeback Inko spoke up.

"OK.OK. Eat up you two and stop bickering. We're going to be late."

Time skip brought to you by little alpha and omega doing a stare down.

"The Yagis? The doctor is ready to see you."
                                 

"So do you want the good news or strange news first?

"Umm...the good news?"

"Well the good news your quirks should manifest in a few days. Izumi's quirk is telekinesis which is understandable considering your quirks is telepathy.

And the strange news is Izuku's quirk is a mutant type. He has Enhanced Senses, Speed and Agility and can basically do anything a feral cat does. We're just not sure which cat, panther, cheetah, leopard, meh it could be any of those or others."

"That's soooo cool!" Izuku squealed.

"So what's so strange about it?"Inko inquired.

"Oh I just thought it would be strange since you mentioned that no one in you and your mate's previous immediate family had a quirk like that."

"Weeeeeellllll......"

Inko telepathically explains everything to the doctor.

The doctor nodded in understanding his eyes sparkling.

"Seeds of two different people in one womb. How's it even possible. Itsnotthatmeansthisomegaisextremelyspecial.Ihavetoperformsometests.Perhapsheromegachildhasthesametrait.thiscouldbethebeginningofanewage....."

The doctor continued on his muttering spree lost in thought and ignoring the urges if the nurse and Inko Yagi.

"Sorry, he's always like this, I hope it hasn't cost you any trouble."

"Oh no problem. We'll be taking our leave now." They bowed and left the doctor to his thoughts.

"That was strange..." Izuku mused.

"I'm hungry."

"You're always hungry Izumi." Izuku said.

"Hey its not my fault all I ate this morning was two plates of mountain stacked pancake and grape juice."

Inko and Izuku sweatdropped.

'Izumi even one plate is a lot.'

They then went to the nearest café for a small celebration and Izumi nearly emptying the pantry. Had it not been for Izuku dragging his fraternal twin out of the café, the café would've had to he closed earlier than usual.

Time skip to house brought to you by Izumi eating chocolate brownie.

The Yagis are all crowded around the dining table singing 'Happy Birthday' to the twins.

But little did they know that would be the last time they would be together like this as the Fates like to screw with the lives of mortals.

And little did they know that Fate can be very cruel......
