Chapter 22

Rapunzel's P.O.V

I wake up on the cold sidewalk i look down my whole body feels normal and looks normal. Then,i hear the faint sound of an ambulance,firefighters and police. I stand up and start to look around i see a body in a ditch a bloody arm sticking out surrounded by paramedics struggling to put the body on a gurney. I step forward realizing ITS MY BODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I then start to panic where's Eugene. I start running around the whole area i finally see him in the ambulance all covered up in bandages. I started panicking can anybody see me.''hello? Can you please help me?'' i pleaded. No reply.''we got a male and female in critical condition. Female in a coma and male with internal bleeding." a paramedic reported. (A/N I don't know much about medical stuff)

''let's go'' a paramedic yelled. I quickly ran to the ambulance where my body was. I see a dark-skinned woman gently touching my head whispering encouragements. ''HURRY NAVEEN !'' she yelled. ''we're almost there Tiana'' he yelled back. They rushed my body into the emergency room and started doing surgery. I walked out not wanting to look,i immediately ran to fund Eugene's room. I walk in and see his bloody body on a hospital bed. Nurses,doctors and surgeons surrounding him. I then look at the monitor beside him it's little bumps going up and down. Then,it goes on a straight line.''we're losing him'' they shouted. They were hollering things at each other about getting medical stuff,hurry up. I then hear the monitor going again slow and steady again. I sighed in relief,as the some people walk out. I slowly crept towards the bed where Eugene lay. He was laying there on the bed covered in white badges some soaking with blood. I slowly but gently put my hand over his. He slowly opened his eyes ''punzie'' he croaked. He can see me? Is his spirit floating around somewhere? ''you can see me?'' I asked while still being shocked. He slowly nodded and went back to sleep.

Pitch's P.O.V

''YOU IDIOT!'' i yelled. ''YOU WERE ONLY SUPPOSE TO KILL RIDER NOT THE GIRL TO!'' i yelled. ''i-i'm sorry sir'' she said. ''you're pathetic. you're like your mother. Thinking she could save you and your sister'' i spatted.''she wouldn't have to if you didn't threaten her. I feel bad for you at least she had people who loved her'' she spitted out. ''well,look where that got her. Her and your poor daddy'' i smirked.''i'll see you tomorrow.........
