Chapter 1: The Undeniable Truth

"I cannot deny that... I am truely Sena Aoki.." Sena mumbled in despair.

Sena (Yui) wondered how and why he had become Sena Aoki, one of the most hated characters despite being the second male lead.

If I was going to be reincarnated, couldn't I at least become the male lead!? 

Sena internally sobbed, unable to handle the truth that he is given. Despite Sena being known as a total asshole and self-centered person, his looks were at least good. 

His hair was a nice dark tone of purple, a fair meteorite purple. His hair was fluffy and soft. Glistening in the sunlight that kissed his soft fair skin. His bangs were quite long, somewhat looming over his eyes and covering the back of his neck. His eyes most of all stood out. Green. Emerald green. Eyes similar to the woman from before.

It seemed as though it was barely the first chapter of "Friends, Feelings, Love". During this time Sena would run into the male lead and female lead on his way to school. Jealous by their close connection, Sena was enraged and furious, calling out the male lead. Sena picked a fight with the male lead in hopes that the female lead would see he was better, but it made the female lead hate Sena even more than she had before. Her heart had already longed for the male lead long ago. 

BUT!

Sena could change it all. He doesn't care about the female lead, honestly, he found her quite boring. If anything, he found the female leads best friend better. Yukina Takao. Her beauty was by far better than the female leads. But most importantly, he wants to continue with his normal (not really) school life as someone else. Knowing maybe this was another chance to live a new life.

"Sena?" a gentle knock came upon the door.

"Ah, uh come in." Sena's voice cracked, he knew what was coming, and he was damn right nervous.

The woman opened the door, entered the room then closed the door behind her. Her footsteps were light. She walked up to the edge of Sena's bed, sitting herself down. Pushing back a lock of her blonde hair behind her ears, she shone a gentle smile at Sena.

Sena knew who she was. She was Iris Aoki. Sena's mother. In the manga, Sena's mother loved him very much, giving him everything he wanted. Of course, he was also kind to his mother, but one day in his attempt to kill the male lead, his mother was devastated by what her son had become. Leaving Sena on his own, she could no longer face him. Knowing she had lost the little son she loved so dearly.

Yui envied Sena, he had a loving mother and threw it all away for love. He never even had parents as Yui was an orphan. Fending for himself.

Yui was going to make sure that he gave Sena's mother the proper treatment she deserved.

"Hello mother, can I help you?" Sena asked, returning a great big smile.

Iris (Sena's mother) gave Sena a slightly confused smile.

"What do you mean? You're starting school today, I was just checking on you to make sure your sleepy head was up." she giggled.

Oh. So, Sena or should I say I was just waking up for school.

Sena gave her an awkward smile as he laughed dryly, hoping she wouldn't catch on.

"Of course. How idiotic of me, I must've been so nervous that I had forgotten." Sena spoke, his face flushed red as he was quite flustered.

He knew that her news was coming, so how could he forget all of a sudden!? How embarrassing he thought it was.

"I see. You've always been a silly boy, you are." Iris said discomfort filling her eyes.
