Chapter 3: Carry Your Feelings

The bell rang for break. Students dispersed into groups or left to find their friends. 

Sena had slept through the whole class. Minato stared at Sena. He hadn't paid attention throughout the whole class either. 

Minato rested his cheek in his palm, he gently messed with Sena's hair. Yuzu dashed into their classroom, her eyes falling on Kei who sat alone.

"Kei? Where's Minato." Yuzu asked.

Kei pointed out where Minato sat, his beige hair gleaming as the sun shone on him.

"There," Kei replied.

Her eyes shifted to Minato, then Sena. She quickly walked over to Minato, standing closely at the desk. Minato stopped playing with Sena's hair, his attention on Yuzu. 

She was curious as to why he was sitting next to Sena and not Kei, but Minato hated when Yuzu questioned him.

"Hello Yuzu," Minato spoke, his voice soft and tender.

"Hi, Minato!" Yuzu replied, her voice high and happy.

Minato smiled at her. Kei walked over to them, standing next to Yuzu.

"Yu-chan, why don't we get snack bar?" Kei asked, holding Yuzu's hand.

Yuzu looked at Kei, allowing him to hold her hand.

"Good idea! Let's go Minato!" Yuzu smiled.

Minato looked back at Sena, then at them. 

"Sure, but give me a moment," Minato spoke.

Kei took Yuzu away, waiting for Minato outside the class. Yuzu looked back, what did he need to do?

"Kei. What is Minato doing?" she asked.

Kei shrugged his shoulders, his brow was furrowed, and he was annoyed.

"I'm not sure what Minato is doing Yu-chan," Kei uttered.

Yuzu gently gripped Kei's hand, smiling at him.

"Calm down." Yuzu giggled.

Kei smiled at Yuzu, patting her head. He knew that no matter how kind Yuzu was towards him, she still loved Minato.

Minato watched the two exit the classroom. He looked back at Sena and smiled. He gently shook Sena's shoulder.

"Sena," Minato spoke, his voice low and gentle.

"Hm.." Sena mumbled.

Sena shifted his head, burying his head more into his arms. Minato placed a hand on Sena's arm, gently pulling it. Sena sat up sluggishly, rubbing his eyes with his other hand.

"Sena," Minato repeated, his voice still low and gentle.

"Ye..s.." Sena yawned, his voice was groggy.

Minato chuckled. Sena looked up at Minato before he realized what was going on. Sena quickly pulled his arm back.

"I-i'm sorry!" Sena apologized.

"It's quite alright," Minato replied.

Sena could feel the corner of his mouth wet. 

Argh, I must've drooled...

Sena wiped the corner of his mouth. His face was red, as well as his ears and his neck were burning from embarrassment. He couldn't believe Minato saw him drool the whole time during class. 

"Um, did you need something?" Sena asked.

"Hm, I'm not sure," Minato joked.

Sena's face was confused. He did not get the joke. Minato smiled awkwardly at him, clearing his throat.
