50 Years Later

Over the past 50 years quirks have grown quite rapidly and more and more types of quirks have appeared. But still no one can say what quirk will appear before the age of 4 years. It's getting closer to the main storyline, about Midoriya Izuku or Deku. You yourself, feeling nervous, can't wait to meet almost all the characters who will become important figures in this world.

Within 50 years ago you complete one of your taks to put circle of magic in east, south, west, and north of Japan. To cancel out any quirks that genetic from the evolution in this world for about 24 hour. And you ask The System to create a machine that can detect any quirk that will appear before the kids reach the age of 4 years old.

The System approve your idea so The System create the machine for you. By sending each component one by one from the smallest to the largest, by post. And also send how to assemble the machine very carefully and without error.

After you assemble the machine you try it out to one of villager near mansion in Japan that have quirk. The machine even detect the MP that the people have but the people can't see it because it's not their nature to use some magic. But because Damon that turn into a vampire he can use some of small magic such as minor healing magic, Edward too can do small magic.

How to use the machine is pretty easy, just place one of your hand above the hour glass by a few inches. Then the bottom of hour glass will emit a light to write the detail of the quirks on a paper. Not any paper, but a special paper that i create so it didn't burn while the light touch the paper. 

The detail for magic and MP will be in the back of paper but only people with magic so much that can see. You made the paper by magic from one of spell that you got from one of grimoire. You sell the machine and get the rights as creator for creating the machine, and if the government want more machine they only come to you.

The paper you create too, you sell them just only for the machine, and you got the rights as a creator as well. That will be never ending money for paper and machine, because the government charge a fee to use the machine. So you got about 30% every time people use the machine.

And for the paper you charge about 10,000 yen each paper, like one paper is 10,000 yen. And you create the first batch is 10.000 paper. Next batch will be create if the government need more paper. So you got more and more money.

You got the deal with the goverment and you can get one of your man to mantain the machine and help people to use the machine. With that you can see how much people magic without the government knowing anything.

Also you submit vampire quirks to the government specifically, and if the government finds the exact same quirk then the person who has the quirk will be asked to contact you. The first vampire quirk was The Vampire 'Sun Children' (this is not my idea, in the bottom i will tag the author that i think have the idea). They glow like a diamond under the sun, some of them will have some gift like mind reading, vision of the future ect.

Their common characteristics are, super strength, super speed, super hearing, basically has a enhanced in every sense. Red eyed drink human blood, golden eyed drink animal blood, black eyed is hungry. To kill them is tear them apart then burn them to ashes. Watch out for the red-eyed and black-eyed ones.

It is recommended to kill the red-eyed, for drinking human blood. But if you want to kill, you have to do an investigation first, because there may be humans who are willing to become blood-bags for their vampires. You made a service contract for a vampire and human couple who wanted to do that. So the government must also provide that information to the person who has this vampire quirk.

The second vampire quirk was The Vampire ' Moon Children' (this my idea, but i don't know if there's already out there for the idea so yeah). They burn under the sun, so they can't roam around in midday, need a daylight ring to be able walk under the sun.

Their common characteristics are, super strength, super speed, super hearing, basically has a enhanced in every sense. Veins under their eyes when consumed any kind of blood, how to get a daylight ring the government must tell the person to contact you. To kill them is just leave them in the sun without daylight ring or stake them with oak wood.

Appearance remains the same despite consuming animal blood, any of them can give human a compulsion. The vervain plant is toxic to them, can be forced to drink it or just dab it on. You also made a service contract for this kind of vampire. So the government must also provide that information to the person who has this vampire quirk.

The last vampire quirk was The Vampire 'Hybrid'. They can be half human half vampire. You are one of the hybrid. If the machine detects this type of quirk, the government must immediately take the person to the L/N mansion so that it can be followed up.

You made Edward as The Sun Children one and Damon is The Moon Children one. For Draco, you can say he was the quirkless one. But when you put aging spell to him, he got one quirk that is 'Not Aging' quirk. That he can choose which age he wanted to look like. (Damon also have last name which is L/N and Sebastian and family got a last name as well which is Michaelis) 

After you got the deal everythings with the government, you got an authority for some law in Japan. You're family got the tittle as L/N for being so powerfull and rich. Oh, yeah. Sebastian and family end up with me give them the aging spell, but they're still human. They have grandchildren as well, but they didn't work for L/N family unless they want to. They're about to have great-grandchildren, you are happy for them.

After Draco graduate from Hogwarts, he became potion master. Creating many potion as possible and growing some plant in mansion garden as well. And in Merlin magic people community he became a well known potion master. Have money going in so much as well. You build a room for Draco work and his potion that he create for himself and only to them who got permission from him can enter the room.

You just have one more idea to complete in this world to live freely as you want. . . . .
