AlHaitham Pov:

It was early in the morning, I was getting ready as I sent a letter to the Adventure Guild and I was informed that the Traveller would help me. as I was getting ready I saw that Kaveh was eating breakfast on the table, knowing he's been wanting to meet the Traveller, I asked him; "Kaveh, you've been wanting to meet the Traveller for some time correct? I'm about to go meet him. Would you like to come?" Kaveh responded; "Sure Haitham! Maybe I could ask him a few more questions because based on how you explained them to me they quite intrigue me".

As we were walking towards Adventurers Guild when we came across Traveller and decided to talk about the commission and discuss it now. "Ah, Traveller! It's been a while, I hope you don't mind that I brought a friend with me. This is Kaveh, presumably, you should know as he's quite the talk between people here in Sumeru."

That little flying pixie or what Traveller describes her, as "Emergency Food" started to talk, "Ah hello AlHaitham! Oh, you must be Kaveh, we heard about you from Cyno and Tighnari when we last visited them, it was a surprise to see the General Mahamatra there at Avidya Forest isn't it Traveller?"

I've known Tighnari and Cyno since the Academy, and always knew they had a thing for each other. Never thought they would do "it" now. I could hear the Traveller sigh and mumble under his breath; "For the love of Celestia your so innocent.."

Before I even had a chance to talk I heard Kaveh start talking, "Now now enough of those two love birds! Now Traveller may I ask you a few questions? Like how do you possess the elements without a vision? Is it true your not from this world? Do you have any connections with the Abyss? Do you have a lo-"

I interrupted Kaveh as I saw concern in the Traveller's making, "Kaveh! That's enough with pampering the Traveller with your stupid questions.. let them have a break will you?"

Kaveh: "Aww~ Haitham you always ruin me when I'm just simply asking some minor questions!~"

AlHaitham: "Asking the Traveller about probably sensitive topics about them isn't formal Kaveh, you should know this." I said slapping the back of his head

Kaveh: "Hmph! Fine then I'll just go drinking at the Tavern with Dehya and Candace again"

AlHaitham: "Kaveh you know how I do with the desert. I don't wanna drag you there to here in the middle of the night like last week when all I said was I needed to do some errands at Port Ormos for a few days!"

We kept arguing when we were both snapped out of thought when the little pixie started talking, "Oh uhm anyways.. AlHaitham we got your commission! You said you wanted to do something near the Chasm?"

"Ah yes, that.. I needed to observe some rare materials I've recently discovered originated from the chasm, would you mind helping Traveller? The man standing beside me is a bit too bad with directions to be trusted.."

Kaveh protested; "Hey I heard that! And just so you know I'm good at directions! You just don't know how to follow your instincts"

I sighed as I said; "Your classes about Wildering at the Academy teach you about wildlife. Not becoming one you dunce!" Kaveh ignored my reasoning then changing the subject, "Hmph!.. can I at least join you and the Traveller?" as he was talking I pulled out the stone I'd been wanting to find.

Traveller then started talking seeming them recognizing the stone, "AlHaitham that rock your holding.. that's Archaic Stone, I may have some.. here!" passing me a similar rock to the one I own. "As impressive as ever Traveller, thank you. Take this as my gratitude for your help" I said giving him a bag of mora and primogems. He thank me and left snickering to who knows where with that little pixie.

As I turned to Kaveh as we started to walk back to our house located not far from the city, yet on a hill with beautiful scenery. As we got there it was already sunset so we decided to sit in silence and admired the sun going down replacing itself with the moon.
