As Silence lingered between us..

Kaveh broke the silence and started to say, "Heh you know.. Cyno and Tighnari have always had something between them since the Academy right? I-I'm starting to think I've uhm.. developed something for you Haitham.."

I stared at him as I wanted to say something yet nothing came out. I started to feel heat coming up my face as I grabbed my coat to try and prevent Kaveh from seeing my very obvious flustered face.

After a while I started to respond; "Kaveh- I.. I guess I've grown to a custom and gradually started to fall for you as well Kaveh" Kaveh started at me in awe and grabbed my cheek as he gradually moved closer to me our face only a few inches away from a kiss.

Kaveh Pov:

'OMG WERE ABOUT TO KISS??' I felt my face get hotter and hotter the closer I got to Haithams face. God I was really losing my mind.. Then all the sudden. "Ah AlHaitham there you are!~" we pulled back immediantly. FOR FUCKS SAKE ITS MALLORY. That stupid girl has been high heels over Haitham and wont give us a damn break. "AlHaitham baby~ Oh.. and you." she said glaring at me. Oh dont worry Mallory we both hate each other. "Hey..- Mallory how did you know where I live?.. I never told anyone beside's Kaveh and a few other trusted people.." AlHaitham said quite concerning as Mallory just randomly stumbled upon his home. I wouldn't blame him tho, he- or we I must put it lived in a quite secluded part of Sumeru.

"Anyways Bae~ Sha'll we go get lunch together tomorrow?" Who does she think she is? It's litterally almost midnight and she's here asking Haitham. I felt my blood boil the more she talked. "Mallory- It's almost midnight you should head back to wherever you came from." Haitham said, god his voice is so soft and soothing.. "Aww but can I stay over..?~" Mallory said.

God. Then I heard some shuffling through the bushes, then in a blink of an eye I saw electro sparks and Cyno jumped out of the bush. "Scholar you better know what's ahead of you. Stealing important serum ? From the Forest Rangers? Oh scholar your so done." Cyno said, what? serum ? Are they important?

"Ugh you and that stupid forest watcher, you know I could have been a better lover then him. And besides!~ you can't win my heart anymore sweetie. AlHaithams all mine~" I felt enraged. I wanted to punch her so bad. Then I realised she was going to throw a vile it seemed on the ground. Before any of us reacted Cyno reacted fast and grabbed all the she took from him.

"THIS WONT BE THE LAST OF ME YOU BRAT!!" Mallory said running to who knows where.
