Jiro has been working for the bakugou for five years at most. Her family owed them for their help in saving her mother's life from a kidnapping. Sure it was merely a coincidence her mother was captured at the same time they were attacking them but still, she felt like she owed the Bakugou family her life for what they did.

Her first encounter with the Bakugou face to face was when she went through hell with training, well she knew they were filthy rich. But she also knew they were hard to meet. But she managed.

She had met Kirishima first, which was great as he drove her and still tried to make conversation to ease the tension despite him being bad with his English. He spoke with a hard accent and loudly. But she was fine as he seemed welcoming and genuinely friendly though he was built and intimidating with his sharp teeth revealed.

When they arrived at a building one thing she could describe the environment was: control. The people she passed in the office setting were moving with expressions that were focused and with motive. Movements made were made with precision and discipline. No one was working with no effort.

She was intimidated but determined. These people saved her mother. Her father passed when she was in college and if her mother died she did not know what she would have done. Her parents were supportive of her dream of music as they too were in a career similar to music. Halfway through music school, she began losing interest but her father's death took a toll on her making her go into depression.

Her mother's kidnapping was to get money from their father's will but soon when a mysterious black car came dropping off her mother a man told her to never mention Bakugou's being involved which she swore.

The cops did not dig any further but aside from her mother being thankful Jiro still felt like she had a debt to owe the family.

A life for a life. Meeting the Bakugous was amazing. The woman was confident and loud about her beliefs with a nice head on her shoulder thanks to her shy but a welcoming husband who would calm her down.

Nonetheless, she was accepted into protecting the woman's son. Who seemed to be the one who was there to save her mother. Jiro was pumped and nervous. He was the man who saved her mother's life and gave her purpose on what to live up to in life. Giving her life for the family would fill the debt. Her mother was supportive despite her worries as she will now see her daughter less than ever out of her protection.

However, the meeting with the man was.....rocky to say the least.

"Huh?! I do not need a bodyguard hag I can take care of myself just fine!" Yelled a younger version of Mrs. Bakugou. Only his face was in an intimidating sneer of displeasure and his hair was spiking upwards like his father's then his mother's which was more downward.

She did not know much of the Bakugou history but knowing the dynamics right off it seemed that Mrs. Bakugou was in charge and her husband was more his own being fine by his wife's side. While Bakugou Kastuki, their only son who was 5 years older than her, was fighting to take his mother's place.

Bakugou Kastuki was not happy about having so many bodyguards. He always ignored them and would wave them off giving them things to do and then be by his side. Not that she complained her ears needed a break from his yelling.

He did not even call them by names, it was based on appearance. She was given the name: Ears. Because her eyes had an odd shape even if her haircut tried to hide it he still noticed it on day one making it her permanent name.

He was an asshole, he was arrogant and outright rude. Not to mention loud. He always spoke highly of himself and challenged anyone who questioned him. Anyone who tried to speak up to him was quickly silenced, either by brutality, blunt words, or his hands.
