Artemis is a normal 18-year-old girl, other than having a strange case of DID, or dissociative identity disorder. She has a loving father with a deer spirit animal, a 15 bucks an hour job at a restaurant, and a caring mother with a fish spirit animal and a 13 bucks an hour job at an office. She lives in a normal, four-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. And since her species discover their spirit animal at 20, she isn't worried about that right now. Today is her birthday, February 17, marking 18 years on Taril.

"I can't believe my little girl is an adult." Artemis's mom hugged her tightly, her smooth scales cooling her down as Artemis' chin touched the gills on her mother's neck.

"Only two years until you find your spirit animal!" Her dad pulled her out of her mother's arms into his.

"Dad, you're squishing me." Artemis wriggled out of his embrace and sat down on the dining table that was crowded with breakfast, presents, and a cake.

"Josh, Kalie, Lucius, time for breakfast!" Her mother called, setting the table. Artemis' three siblings ran into the kitchen and sat down fast. She ruffled her 15-year-old brother Lucius' black hair as he went past.

"Come on, Luci, come help me with the silverware." Lucius rolled his eyes but got up nonetheless.

"You sure Zanic's not gonna come out?" Dad asked as he sat at the head of the table.

Artemis rolled her eyes. "I'm sure dad, she understands this is a big day for me."

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Artemis, happy birthday to you. For she's a jolly good fellow, for she's a jolly good fellow, for she's a jolly good fellow, and so say all of us, and so say all of us, and so say all of us. For she's a jolly good fellow, for she's a jolly good fellow, for she's a jolly good fellow, and so say all of us. Hip hip, hooray! Hip hip, hooray! Hip hip, hooray! Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Artemiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis, happy biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirthday toooooooooooooo yooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!"

The happy family laughed and started eating breakfast. After that, they opened presents. Lucius got her a baseball hat, Kalie a pretty necklace, Josh a hamster stuffed animal, and her parents a large picture of them all as a family.

After a tiring day of the mall, bowling, ice skating, and going to lunch, Artemis was ready to go to sleep. She yawned, getting one last kiss from her mom before to bed.

Wilbur was building his cottage. He had spent so long gathering all the wood, not dying in the process, and accidentally walking into a mountain. Multiple times. But now, all he had to do was the roof, AKA, the part that actually matters to him.

Although he usually waited until it was night or raining, he wanted to do it now, and also it would be easier to get to the roof if he was in phantom form. Wilbur had finished the inside and the outside a while ago, so he didn't want everything to get wet when it rained. He phased inside the wall, and started placing.

A while later, he was done. He wiped the sweat from his forehead, and realized it was night. He shifted back into normal, tripped, and fell off the roof. "Dammit." He grumbled, pushing himself off of the path, just as Ph1LzA landed gracefully next to him.

"You okay?" He questioned, then noticed Wilbur's finished build. "Oh nice, you finished it."

"Yep. I was just going inside to go to bed." He rubbed his back, then turned and went into his house. He clicked the bed.
