"Wakey wakey dumbass! Get up and get ready! You promised me you would take me out for coffee asshole!" Taco screamed into Trophy's ear as he opened his eyes.

"Agh...Taco what the fuck!" Trophy pushed Taco off of him and sat up. "Why the hell were you on top of me!" "Because your sleepy ass wouldn't get up."

Trophy sighed and stood up, giggling at the sight of Yang being on the floor sitting criss-cross applause on the floor. He walked over to her closet and grabbed some clothes, taking of the bloody bandages from earlier the day before.

Trophy changed into baggy jeans and a tank top, replacing the bandages with the help of Taco. Trophy threw a jacket on and slipped on shoes.

"Come on Taco, are we going to get coffee or what?" Taco looked at him. Trophy turned back around. "What's up? Why are you looking at me like that?"

Taco sighed softly. "Trophy, I wanted to tell you something. It's really important. I'm non-binary, I use he/they/she, but prefer they/them."

Trophy's eyes glittered. "Really? I'm so proud of you for telling me!" Trophy clapped and grabbed Taco's arm. "We're getting ice cream to celebrate!" Trophy rushed out the door, Taco being far behind him.

Trophy turned around the picked Taco them up bridal style. Trophy ram down the stairs and slammed open the door, placing Taco softly on the ground.

Trophy turned around and slammed the door shut, OJ screaming at him from the kitchen "Don't slam the door please!" As Trophy grabbed their hand and pulled them up, twirling her around and picking her up bridal stye once again.

"Trophy what are you doing?" Taco blushed slightly, embarrassed by the fact that he could pick them up so easily. "Taking my non-binary friend to get ice cream and coffee!"

Taco giggled as Trophy ran, causing Trophy to laugh with her. Trophy stopped in front of the coffee shop down the street and places Taco down. "Let's go Taco!" Trophy grabbed their hand and pushed the door open, hearing the bell ring as the coffee aroma filled the room.

"Welcome! Take your time finding what you'd like!" A high pitched voice came from beneath the counter, a short girl popping up a few seconds after in a barista uniform with green pigtails and pink butterfly bows in her hair.

Taco and Trophy sat at the closest table and looked through the menu. "Hello you two! What can I get for ya?" The barista girl asked, smiling at the two. "I'll have a black coffee and a banana split. My friend over here will have a matcha latte." Trophy looked over at the girl, her bright golden eyes shining in the cool pink lighting of the coffee shop.

"I know that girl! Her names Clover, I think? We went to high school together and we were dormmates." Taco said pulling her hand on the table, seemingly reaching out for Trophy's warm hands.

Trophy moved his hand on top of hers, squeezing it softly. "Yeah, saw her a few times in passing periods. Never had a class with her though."

Clover came back with their order. The total came out to be $15, Taco insisting on paying "Come on Trophy! Just let me pay!" "Taco, no I'm not letting you pay I told you that it was all on me. I'm paying for you." Taco sighed. "Fine Troph. But I'm paying next time!"

"Doubt it."

This was a much shorter chapter as I wanted to add this part but not make a super long chapter about them getting coffee together. No, this isn't an extra, and the next chapter will have some more celebration.
