♫︎The bell rang and you hurried into the bathroom to put your uniform on.♫︎

After school everyday you had to go to work, though Hanji had a well paying job, they decided it'd be best if you had gotten one as well. You walked over to the café, setting down your bag and taking time to pet the cats.

"You're late Miss Zoë. Again."

"Please don't call me that, and you know I have school right before this. I can't exactly walk here in less than 5 minutes."

"Then try harder or get a better schedule going. Now get to work."

"Yes, right away...bitch."

"Did you say something?"

"Nope, just mumbling thoughts to myself."

It was 3:15 now and only a few people had walked in since then. The café was now empty once again so you sat with the cats. You stood up quickly when you heard the door open. In walked Pieck, she was looking down at her phone. She sat down at a booth and set her bag down next to her.

"Pieck what a suprise to see you here again."

"Well I do like the food here, but today I've come for a coffee."

"A coffee? It's 3:45 in the afternoon, you shouldn't be having a coffee."

"Don't scold me cutie, I just want whatever you think is good."

Cutie? Why would should call me that?

"Well alright, it'll be right out."

I walked into the kitchen to get started on her coffee. I made what I usually had, grabbing a straw a walked out and brought it towards Pieck.

"Here you go!"

She took a sip, deciding on whether she liked it or not. After a minute or so she gave me a thumbs up and continued to drink it.

"This is delicious, I think this'll be my new favorite drink."

"Glad you liked it!"

"What time do you get off of work?"

"6:45, why?"

"Wanna hang out after this? It's Friday after all."

"Sure! But today I think I'll be leaving early, I'll say it's a family emergency."

She stood up and waited by the door while I told my boss that I had to leave. Changing into a more casual outfit I walked out with Pieck.

"Where to cupcake?"

"I don't know, I thought you had a plan as to where we're going."

"I do I just wanted to know if there was a certain place you wanted to go. Hop in the car, Sasha and Connie are throwing a huge party and we're gonna go."
