You awoke to the sun shining through the curtains.
.

Sitting up and stretching your arms up, you heard your back and shoulders pop. Getting out of bed, you went to the bathroom connected to your room and brushed your teeth.

Walking down the stairs, you began your search for Pieck. The house was dark despite the sun being out. The curtains were closed, and candles were lit. Even a few lights were around the place. The lights were dim, however, not giving enough light for one to see clearly through the area.

Finally, you reached the last room in her place. Opening the large doors carefully, you peeked your head in. There sat Pieck in a rocking chair. You turned your head to look around the room. It was a huge library. You felt excitement flow through your veins before you came to your senses and decided to stay quiet.

"Good morning, Y/n."

"Oh, um, good morning, Pieck."

She set the book she was reading down and stood up from the rocking chair. Walking ahead of you, she motioned for you to follow her.

"So, did you sleep well?"

"Yes, actually, that bed was quite nice."

"Good."

"Hey Pieck, how come none of the curtains are open?"

"The bright sunlight shining through the windows hurts my eyes. I prefer to have dimmer lighting, it helps me relax. Do you not like it?"

"Oh no, I was just wondering!"

She hummed in response. She stopped in front of where you had stayed before opening the door. Walking in, she went to the closet and began looking through clothes. Finally settling on an outfit, she laid out the clothes on the bed and turned to you.

"I don't know if you've noticed, but it's almost time for school. Thought you'd like to know, surprised to see that you woke up before school started. Here is an outfit you can wear. I'll be getting ready in my room if you need me."

You watched her walk away and close the door before you began to get ready. After a quick shower, you quickly got dressed and did your hair. Walking out of your room, you noticed that Pieck was still in hers. Knocking on the door, you waited for a response. When you didn't hear one, you slowly opened the door. Walking in, you took a good look at her room. It was dim, and candles were lit all over.

Her bed was huge, and she had beautiful silk and maroon sheets. To your surprise, a cat lay on her bed. A long-haired, fluffy black cat with beautiful green eyes stared at you. Walking over to the cat, you reached out your hand slowly to pet it, averting your eyes from its gaze so as not to scare it. When you were finally able to pet the cat, you began to give it kisses on the head. Suddenly, you heard a door open and out walked Pieck with nice black work pants and a red, silk button-up.

"Oh, Y/n.. Did you need something? I see you have found Salem here. Sweet, isn't she?"

"Yes, she is very sweet! But no, I don't need anything, I just wanted to tell you that we should probably head out now."

"Oh, yes. Let's go then."

You both had gotten to school, and you noticed that your outfits were matching. While she wore work pants and silk button-up, you wore a maroon, silk dress.

"Pieck, how come were dressed so nicely?"

"I don't really have anything else other than nice clothes. I also was thinking we could go out to eat tonight at a nice restaurant I found. I think you might like it."
