"Guys, wake up," Anakin whispered, shaking Luke's and Hayden's ankles. "It's Mother's Day. You said you would wake up early and help me get the stuff together."

Luke grunted and shifted under his sheets. As for Hayden, he shot right up and bounced on his mattress.

"Boing, boing!" Hayden shrieked as he was bouncing on the bed.

"No, shh," Anakin said. "You have to be quiet, remember? It's early and your mother's still sleeping."

"Sorry," Hayden whispered.

"What is going on in here?" Leia whispered. She stood under the doorframe.

"Are you helping us?" Anakin whispered back.

"What? Is it Mother's Day?"

"Yeah."

"Sure. Aren't we going to church?"

"Yeah," he repeated.

"Ok. I'll help. But can you be quiet, Hayden? We can't have Mom awake before we're done getting the stuff ready."

"'Kay 'kay," Hayden whispered, imitating Leia.

Leia rolled her eyes. She walked forward to Luke and flicked his head. "Get up, you nerf herder."

He shot her a glare and sat up, rubbing the spot where she flicked him. "That hurt."

"Um, yeah, I know," she said, placing her hands on her hips.

"Okay, guys, can we please make this a good Mother's Day for Mom? No fighting," Anakin said.

"Fine," Luke and Leia huffed at the same time.

"Alright, let's go," Anakin said, leading the three kids that were in the boy's room out. "I have to go to my ship to get the stuff that we got her in there. That's where I was hiding it so she wouldn't see it." He ran off to the balcony and came back with his arms full of the things that the kids made her and picked out for her. He handed the three kids the things they picked out and held Leia's.

"Should we arrange the things on the table in one spot?" Leia asked.

"Sure, that'll be fine," Anakin said.

"We have to make it neat," Leia remarked.

Hayden and Luke rolled their eyes and carried their things to the dining room table. Leia set hers down and arranged everyone's things neatly.

"There," she said when she was finished.

Emilie came out with her footy pajamas on, holding her stuffed animal in her arm. "Oh, yeah, it's Mother's Day," she yawned.

"What about breakfast?" Leia asked.

"Her favorite breakfast meal is what?" Anakin said.

"Waffles with fresh peaches and strawberries," Emilie said.

"Correct," Anakin said. "That's what we're making."

"Smoothies?" Luke asked.

"Sounds good."

"It has to be a pink one because it's a pretty color," Emilie said. "Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries can go in."

"You have to have yogurt and honey, too," Leia added.

"Right," Luke said. "I can make those."

Leia nodded. "Cool. Dad, you can cut the fruit. I'll make the waffles. Hayden and Emilie, you can get ingredients out and stuff."

They all nodded and scurried around the kitchen. Twenty minutes later, they had breakfast set out on the table. Luke and Anakin washed the dishes while the two youngest and Leia made last minute adjustments.

Padmé walked in the living room with her shawl around her shoulders. "Mmm, whatever is cooking it smells delicious."

"Mommy!" Hayden squealed. He ran and hugged her legs.

"Hi, baby," she said, kissing the top of his head.

"Happy Mother's Day," Luke said. Leia said it also, and Hayden and Emilie followed.

"Thank you!" Padmé said, smiling. She kissed and hugged all four of the kids.

Luke pulled the chair at the end of the table for her, and she sat down. Anakin kissed her on the cheek before sitting down. She looked at the things in front of her. "Aww, you're so sweet."

Luke, Leia, Emilie and Hayden beamed. "It was nothing," Luke said with a shrug of his shoulders.

"This is from me," Hayden said, pointing to a small box.

Padmé smiled an opened the box. She gasped and pulled a delicate chain out of it. It had a small, fragile heart and it had a tiny diamond on the edge. "Thank you, Hayden. It's beautiful!"

She picked up a similar box and Luke claimed it from him. She pulled the top off, and it revealed a set of drop earrings that had small chains from it covered with tiny diamonds. "Aww, Luke, this is so pretty! Thank you," she said, leaning to kiss his cheek.

"That's mine," Emilie said, pointing to a card with five credits tucked in it and a nice message. Padmé giggled. Thank you, Em. This is very thoughtful."

Leia said hers was a bag, which was filled with spa supplies. Padmé smiled. "Leia, this is very nice. I can't wait to use it, thank you."

All that was left was a big card with all of their names in it and breakfast. She ate it happily and after breakfast, they all got dressed for church.

Padmé wore her new necklace and earrings form the boys and put a beautiful white dress on. She paired it with sandals that had silver jewels encrusted in the straps. Luke wore a suit with a purple tie and Hayden put on a plaid dress shirt. Anakin dressed in a suit also, an Leia wore a black maxi skirt and a white shirt, her curly hair French braided across the back of her head and draping her shoulder. Padmé's hair was clipped simply to one side of her head, so all of her hair was still down.

They all met in the living room and headed off to the balcony.

"Thank you guys so much for this morning. This is the best Mother's Day I've had so far."
