Anakin opened the door, hearing a knock. As soon as he opened it, he ignited his lightsaber and yelled.

"Anakin, what's wrong... oh my goodness! Luke, Leia, get in your room! Ahsoka!" Padmé screamed.

Ahsoka ran out of her room, holding her lightsabers. She gasped and followed Anakin out the door.

Magna guards. Lots of them. Who knows who sent them. The only person Padmé could think of as she was rushing around was Barriss Offee? But she was in prison. Anakin had just said earlier that he sensed she had escaped. Maybe it was true. She could be creating an army!

Padmé was running to Leia and Luke's room when she heard Anakin's yell. She turned, planning to help, but then remembered that she could do nothing. She continued on to the twins' room and talked to them about what was going on.

Outside, Ahsoka and Anakin took down magna guards one by one, getting zapped a little every once in a while. Anakin kicked one hard and sliced it's electro-pole in half, also slicing it's head off and diagonally down the body.

"What are these all doing here?" Ahsoka yelled as she took them down one by one.

"I sensed Barriss's presence!"

"You don't think she could be back, do you?"

"Who knows? Anything can happen these days!"

Ahsoka nodded her head and helped Anakin take down the rest of them.

When it was silent, and all of the magna guards were on the ground, Anakin and Ahsoka put away their lightsabers.

"Now we just have to figure out where these droids came from," Anakin said.

A maniacal laugh echoed in the stairway of the apartment lookout area. It was high-pitched and evil sounding. There was a noise of a cloak flapping in the wind like when a Jedi Force-jumped...and that was exactly what it was.

"Well, well, well." Sure enough, Barriss Offee, eyes now of Sith yellow stepped over droid bodies towards Anakin and Ahsoka. "The secret father and husband. And, my old best friend. Wouldn't you rather join me than that lying, secret machine, Ahsoka?" she asked innocently, glancing over at Anakin.

"Maybe if you would've stayed a little while longer in the Jedi Order, you would've been able to love and have more freedom than before!" Anakin yelled.

"My Master doesn't lie!" Ahsoka retorted.

"Oh, really?" Barriss asked both if them.

"Yes!" Anakin and Ahsoka said together.

Barriss now had long hair tied back in a ponytail, still with that wrap around her head.

Anakin lunged forward at her and put her in a strong, firm headlock, lightsaber against her throat.

"Ready to go back to prison?" Anakin hissed into her ear.

Barriss smiled nervously.

"That's the Barriss we used to know," Ahsoka said vainly. "Let's go back to jail, shall we?"

Ahsoka kept her lightsabers in her holsters as she walked.

They escorted Barriss to the big prison, where she would be held for the rest of her life, or so they hoped.
