As promised, Jimin and Taehyung had found a place for you and the kids to stay.

"Believe it or not," Jimin says, as the four of you travel up the elevator, "you'll be staying in a luxurious safe house. It'll be stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we'll always have either Taehyung or myself there at any time while you guys are present."

"But, don't you have work you need to report to?" you say, quizzically.

"Yeah, the other guys will probably notice our absence, if they haven't already," he says, sighing, "we'll figure something out, though, I don't think we should leave you guys alone, is all. It may be safer, but it's still not the safest."

The elevator stops at the car lot floor and the door opens with a merry tune, as it had going own.

Jimin leads you towards an orange corvette, twirling the jingling keys on his finger.

You start driving and note that Jimin seems to have a much cooler, smoother approach to driving than his younger counterpart. Eventually, you pull up outside a luxurious looking house.

"Welcome to the residence of Park Jimin," he says, turning the car off.

Your mouth drops open. "You live here?"

"Yep," he replies, "your luxurious safe house."

"Woah," Ayden and Haneul seem to both say in unison.

The house is white with a black, angular roof and steps leading up to a yellow door. The yard is immaculately trimmed and groomed, and a crystal fountain gurgles amongst the pretty flowers.

The three of you get out and Jimin unlocks the front door, ushering you hurriedly into the house.

"There are enough bedrooms for each of you to have your own, but, if you prefer, you can all share one. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs, kitchen and dining room are straight ahead, and I sleep in the back of the house, just off the library," Jimin says, gesturing to the ginormous staircase, with gold colored railings, in front of you.

He then leaves the three of you alone, standing in the entryway. You breathe out a huff and finally relax.

"Okay, kids," you say to Haneul and Ayden, "let's go take a look upstairs."

The upstairs in incredibly fancy with a lush white carpet in all the rooms and hallways. A few picture frame paintings line the hallway, and each door you open reveals a room that has a purpose; whether a bedroom, bathroom, or study room.

"So, which room did you pick?" a voice behind you says.

Startled, you scream, causing Ayden to jump and Haneul to begin crying.

"Why the heck did you do that?" you snap, comforting a sobbing Haneul. How'd he sneak up so quietly?

Jimin smiles sheepishly. "Sorry."

"I think we'll take this one," you say, nodding your head toward an open bedroom to your left, your anger deflating back to a tired one. "And, I think it's best we all share a room. At least for now, that is."

"Sounds good. Taehyung should be here soon to deliver Bam and your stuff," the pink-haired man informs you. "I'm afraid, I'm not used to having animals in my house. Is he house trained?"

"Yes," you say, suddenly grinning, "you don't need to worry about your carpets, I just have to make sure he's taken out once and a while to relieve himself, and for exercise."

"Phew," Jimin chuckles.

The bedroom has a nice, big bed with several windows revealing a beautiful view of the backyard, with its trees and patio. Two dressers, a private bathroom, with tiled floor, a vanity, and a bookshelf, all accompany the large space.

The front door opens just as you set Haneul down on the bed. The loud noises, that sound uncannily like things being brought inside, scares Haneul, and she begins bawling for you to pick her up. Jimin cringes at her screeching.

"Not used to kids either?" you say.

"Not really," he replies, "and that's probably Taehyung with the stuff."

"Ayden," you say, turning to your dark haired son, "could you help Jimin Hyung with the stuff?"

He's nervous, you can tell. He's scared and confused and doesn't fully know what's going on. With Haneul clinging to you, you crouch to his level.

"Ayden," you say softly, "I know this is a lot for you. You're probably scared and confused, right now, and I don't blame you. But, we're going to have to trust Jimin and Taehyung Hyung, because they're here to help us."

His eyes waver and then he proceeds to throw his arms around your neck.

"I just want Dad back," he sobs into your shoulder.

You choke back your own tears.

"We all do, hunny," you say to him, rubbing his back. "And we'll get him back. But, for now, you need to go and help Jimin and Taehyung bring our stuff upstairs to this room, okay? I'll be waiting right here to put them where they go."

He nods and pulls away, wiping at his eyes. He then clenches his fists and puts on a brave face. Your little boy is starting to grow up. With his Daddy absent, you know he's going to do everything he can to protect his Mommy and sister.

As he follows Jimin out of the room, you can't help but release a few tears.
