Chapter 16

AND I HAVE RETURNED!!!

Sorry I took a bit longer than expected, well...WAAAY longer lol..the month of June is always a busy month for me lol.

Morning came, you woke up earlier than usual, you look up at the clock across from the bed on the wall.

"6:15" you thought, yawning afterwards. You scratch your head and dropped your hand making it plop next to you. Sighing you just stared at your covered legs, barley getting any sleep last night, thinking about Myungsoo.

You took the blankets off and let your legs drop to the side off the bed. You slip on your slippers and slowly drag yourself to the bathroom to take a shower.After you finished washing yourself you just stood there motionless as the water continued to run. You kept thinking about yesterday, how everything happened, remembering each and every part of it.

"It's all my fault" you thought as you stared at the floor. "If it wasn't for me he wouldn't be hurt." After a few more minutes in the shower you decided it was time to finally get out. You get out and got yourself ready for the day, even though all you wanted to do was just stay and bed and mope but knowing your friends and family it wasn't going to happen.

Since it was still a bit early you decided to take a walk in the garden, giving you some time to think. As you walked down the halls you would greet the servants that were already up and running about. After a few minutes you finally reached your destination and headed out into the garden. Taking a deep breath of the fresh air you slowly began on your walk. Little did you know that you were being watched.

After a good 10-15 minute walk you decided to head back to the main entrance of the garden. You decided not to go just in yet and sat down on the bench. You crossed you arms and looked up at the sky and stayed in that position for a while. Different thoughts running through your head as you sat there. You didn't even sense the presence of another person taking a seat right next to you until they finally said something.  

"Beautiful day isn't it" he said. You snapped back to reality and quickly looked to your left a little scared, he chuckled at you facial expression. "You're really out of it if you didn't see me or heard me" he said with a smile.

"I guess I was" you let out a small sigh and slightly smiled.

"You're up pretty early, I've never seen you out hear before"

"Before? So you come out here often"

"Every morning. I like to walk around and just enjoy the peacefulness before I head back in to those loud mouths" he chuckled. You smiled widely agreeing that they were pretty loud. After a few seconds of silence you spoke up.

"Hey Xiumin"

"Yeah"

"How is SoRa?" you asked taking him back a bit "Come on now. I see the way you look at her and how you act around her. I know you were very worried about her, she can be a bit stubborn," Xiumin gave a small nod agreeing "but I know you managed to make her open up. I was with her last night and when she walked in I saw how happy she looked and not only that but It was as if a weight was lifted up off her shoulders." you finished and looked at him.

"Well what do you think?"

"She probably blamed herself"

"You are correct. It took a bit but she let it out and she completely blamed herself, and I can see why. I told her that it was inevitable, if she would have been there knowing her she would step in and try to protect you guys and she would have gotten hurt as well. Then there would have been two people hurt and you would blame yourself for everything that happened." you stayed quiet and listened to him and agreed with everything he said. He then turned and looked at you with a serious gaze making you a bit nervous.
