Mafuemu One-shots :3

Emu has caught the flu. She laid in her bed helpless, everything was hurting; life was definitely not wondahoy. She wanted to rehearse with the rest of the trope today, but they insisted she'd stay home and rest. Emu heard a knock on the door and popped up.

"That must have been Hinata with the medicine!" Emu thought. She rolled out of bed, wrapped in her covers. She shuffled to the front door and opened it, but not to her sister.

"A-ASAHINA-SENPAI?!" Emu panicked.

Mafuyu put her hand on Emu's forehead, calming her down. "Your foreheads burning up: don't worry; just sit down. I'll get your medicine." Mafuyu lets herself inside without any invitation from Emu.

As Mafuyu prepares her medicine, Emu sits on the couch and waits. Mafuyu hurries over to the couch with a spoonful of medicine. Emu opens her mouth with an "aaa" sound, confusing Mafuyu, who was just about to give the spoon to her.

"she wants me to feed her...?" Mafuyu's cheeks turn slightly pink, but she does it anyway. Emu swallows the medicine and sticks her tongue out in disgust. "Was it that bad?" Mafuyu giggles. 

She pulls a strawberry-flavored juice box out of the plastic bag on the coffee table and hands it to Emu. "To wash away the taste." Mafuyu smiles warmly.

Emu sucks her straw while Mafuyu watches her, provoking Emu to tuck her face into her covers to escape her gaze.

"AH! WAIT WHERE'S HINATA!?" Emu popped out of her covers as if Mafuyu had done something to her.

"You mean your older sister? I ran into her at the store. She told me to get this medicine to you." "Oh... she must have gone back to work then." Emu throws herself back under the cover.

"If you're feeling better now, I'm gonna head to cram school. If that's okay." Mafuyu stands up to leave; when Emu abruptly grabs her sleeve, gesturing her to sit back down.

Mafuyu sits back down next to Emu; neither of them says anything but; Emu keeps holding on tightly to Mafuyu's sleeve. After about ten minutes of uncomfortable silence, Emu moved closer to Mafuyu, resting her head on her arm, still holding her sleeve. Mafuyu remained still, and eventually, they both ended up dozing off. 

Mafuyu ended up missing cram school that day.
