The Meeting

I walk into the meeting room ready to show my fellow co-workers and my boss my new idea for our company.

I work for Baby Repellent Condoms, one of the most famous companies of our nation.

I sit in my spot directly beside the boss's chair and wait.

I start to chat with other co-workers, but the boss walks in.

Barney.

His muscular arms moving underneath his black clothing gets me distracted on...other thoughts.

He sits down in his big velvet chair and looks around.

Everyone squirmed under his gaze. Barney is not too nice with his workers.

He clears his throat and speaks, "I assume everyone here has their presentation on what we could do with our company correct?"

Every nods their heads yes including me.

I was very nervous. I just got this job a month ago so this is my first presentation. I hope everything goes well.

Barney scans the room and points at me, "What's your name again? Oh that's right, your Y/N. Please, go ahead and present to us."

I froze. Already? Why me? I nod my head and get all of my things and walk over to the computer.

I login to the computer and go through my files to where my presentation should be.

It's gone.

I looked everywhere on the computer but I couldn't find it. I heard the snickers and queit giggles of my co-workers and began to grow anxious.

I look around the room just to see my ex best friend Clarrisa smirking.

That damn bitch! When we were friends, we both gave each other our passwords for everything. There wasn't a doubt that she went in and deleted it.

With a shaking voice I told Barney what was going on.

"S-sir, I can't find my document. It's not anywhere in the computer."

"Well that's strange. Talk with me after the meeting in my office. Go wait outside."

I grabbed my things and ran out the door. Behind me I heard a roar of laughter spread out if the room and into the hallway I sat in.

I started to cry of embarrassment. It was my first ever presentation and that whore ruined it!

I curled up into the chair and cried.

That's when someone came out of the meeting room.
