"Oh? Because if you are.. we'd have a problem.."

...

The killer almost seemed to peer into your soul as he stepped closer in the dimly lit hall. You gulped knowing your survival instincts would have to kick in. You began to laugh which confused the killer.

"What are you talking about? I'm not afraid of anything.. I told you that" you forced a smile and his grin faded as his mind became puzzled.
He turned without replying and continued to walk down the hall.

Closer and closer you came to the end of the hall which had a giant, glass window oddly placed between two doors. There was a white door on the left and a rickety, rotten door on the right.
Lenon pulled out a key and unlocked the door on the left.

He glanced at you to make sure you weren't shaking.

You followed him inside but as you walked passed the rotten door, you almost gagged at the horrible smell coming from the inside.
You walked inside a nicely designed room, which was strange because the rest of the house was unkept.
Lenon placed the candle on a white dresser and dug beneath the neatly made bed.
He pulled out a wooden box with the surname 'Sorme' painted delicately on the top. He looked at you and you nodded as you pulled out the key and unlocked it.
The lock clicked and you slowly opened the creaky lid.

At first, you didn't notice anything out the ordinary since a document was on top.
You picked up the document and notice photographs underneath. You eyes widened as you saw the horrid pictures. Tears flooded your eyes as you picked up pictures of people running from guards.
It looked as though people were being slaughtered as mothers dropped their babies and ran. You quickly turned around but Lenon was no longer in the room so you pulled the candle closer.

You pushed the gorey photos aside and underneath was a photograph of your father and what looked like your mother and a child.
But the child wasn't you.

What??

You looked at the document and it was a death certificate for 'Princess Elane'.

Is this my sister or something?

There was also another death certificate for your mother but you had already seen that before. Inside the box was nothing but disturbing photos and document of death.

Why were civilians being wiped out by the guards??
When did this happen?

You were about to shut the box when a small photo fell out from behind.
It was a young photo of Glamelia and her son.
Lenon seemed to be 7 or 8 in the photo but he was frowning. He had bandages on his face and it seemed he was forced to take the photo. Glamelia, however, was smiling and was dressed in her best attire.

When did this happen? How old is Lenon?
Where was I?

You shut the box and almost jumped as you heard a thud by the door. You turned slowly and the killer was leaned against the door frame with a neutral expression.
He had something behind his back.

"Are you done?" he asked and you nodded before asking a question.
"How old are you?"
"Twenty-one"

Only two years older.. does that mean the slaughtering happened when I was alive?
When did this Princess Elane die? My mother died giving birth to me I was told..

I need to check the death year on the Princess Elane document.

You went to open the box again but Lenon quickly kicked it beneath the bed.

"Hey!!" You shouted but quickly fixed your tone when you saw he was holding an axe.
"You said you were done.." he mumbled, "Don't you want to see the letter?"

Lenon was acting so strange and it was scaring you. Maybe he was always like this but hid it..

"Why do you have an axe?"
He grinned, "Why? Are you worried about it?"
"No.." you stood up and he smiled insanely.
"Don't you want the letter?"

You nodded and he held it out with his left hand. You gulped as his right hand remained on the axe. Slowly, you grabbed the letter and he chuckled.

"Alright, we should leave now" you smiled and walked out the room.
The killer didn't move as you walked down the hall.
"Hey.. don't you want to see what's in this room?" he suddenly asked and the question echoed in the dark house.
You slowly turned and he was standing in the hall with the axe. You could barely see the outlining of the mask he had put back on. You began to tremble but you knew you had to make it back alive.
"What's in it? Shouldn't we be leaving?"
"Are you scared?" he asked yet again and you replied no. "Then come see"

You slowly walked over to him and he smiled as your hand rested on the doorknob. The smell was so horrible, it was taking everything in you not to burst into tears.
The killer must've notice your hand trembling on the door knob because he whispered in your ear, "I thought you weren't afraid of anything"
"I-I'm not.." you almost choked out and he chuckled.
"Open it" he demanded but you didn't want to.

You stood in place as he waited behind you.
Time was ticking down but he was blocking your only escape. Lenon was never this scary before.. is this how all his victims felt?
And you had danced with him.. you felt the urge to vomit.
You slowly turned the doorknob and the air hit you like a brick. The room was pitch black and you couldn't see anything.

"I-I can't see.." you told him and he kissed your neck teasingly.
"Just look in the corner"

You looked to the side and immediate regretted it. You tried to turn away and run but he grabbed you.

"LET GO!!" You yelled and he pushed you down into the putrid room.
Your right hand landed in something sticky and Lenon slammed the door shut. You began to bang on it, begging for the killer to open the door but it wouldn't budge.
You turned back to the corner which had the silhouette of Glamelias rotten, headless body standing in it. You continued to bang on the door with tears but he would not open it.

You gave up and curled against the door.
The thing that frightened you most was not her corpse setting up in the corner.. but the fact that it meant her decomposing head was somewhere in the room aswell.

Finally the door opened and you fell on the ground. You were sobbing as you hugged Lenon legs. He grabbed you by the arm and helped you up.
"I thought you weren't afraid of anything?" he almost said with anger and you immediately pushed him away.

You ran out the house and he didn't follow you as you ran down the street.
You didn't even make it to the end of the corner before you dipped in an alleyway and cried into your arms.

You heard his footsteps.

"Stop crying"
