Chapter 3: Flight of Dreams

Everyone got their things ready for a journey and went back to the Lab's main area to talk to Professor Cerise about what would happen next.

The Professor saw them walking towards him and said "Well, I booked your flight and it's tomorrow at 10 am." while smiling

He then continued by saying "I called for a taxi to come and pick you guys up then, okay?" They all nodded

"Well then, Ash and Goh, here's the box of things that I need you to take to the owner of the training place, take good care of it, okay?"

The boys nodded and smiled.

They all went to do their own thing and later went to sleep.

They woke up early the next day, then they all took their things along with the box, and at 8 am, they took the taxi that the Professor had called for them to the airport.

They got out of the taxi when they arrived, thanked the driver, and walked to the airport entrance.

At the airport, both Goh and Chloe bought things, Chloe bought a cute calendar that had an Eevee wearing a different Pokémon costume every month, with one being a Pikachu one that Ash's Pikachu smiled at seeing.

Goh, however, bought something that neither Ash nor Chloe knew what it was.

Goh wouldn't tell them, regardless of how much they asked, so they gave up, which meant that Ash clearly didn't at all disturb Goh and also very clearly let him rest in the plane because of him not asking absolutely anything...

They all got to the boarding area, something that took a lot of effort, thanks to Ash getting stopped by every person who wanted an autograph from the Alolan Champion and Monarch Title Challenger, and after almost missing the flight due to them, requiring even Officer Jenny's help to move the crowd and allow them to board the plane.

The flight itself went smoothly, or as smoothly as Ash behaving like a little kid that wanted to be given candy by Goh, by asking him what he had purchased every 5 minutes. The flight lasted 4 hours.

Poor Goh, Chloe thought

While Ash was, well, thinking about what an Ash thinks about, Goh and Chloe were making a plan to conceal Ash's identity while not requiring the entire police department to help them.

Chloe made most of the plan, while Goh was meant to help implement it.

For it, Goh's first goal was to stop Ash from shouting that he had arrived in the region like he did every time, and so he looked at Ash, who was muttering something about waves and colors while looking out at the window that Goh didn't understand and then lightly tapped his shoulder.

Ash quickly flinched and jumped in his seat before looking at Goh, and being relieved.

Goh then said "Hey Ash, are you okay? I heard you talking about eyes and the ocean."

Ash's reaction to this was one of surprise, as he lightly blushed, while Pikachu mocked him, making hearts with his tail, something that surprised Goh.

He was about to press on with that situation but remembered that he was running out of time as the plane was going to land soon and that he had to hurry back to explain the plan.

He then said, "Doesn't matter, anyways Ash, I need you to listen to me."

Ash and Pikachu were both surprised because of Goh and what he had said but Ash nodded.

"Okay Ash, you're probably the most famous person on the planet besides Leon, I mean you

beat Champions like Steven Stone and Cynthia and are challenging Leon.
