I left Calums an hour later with Michael trailing closely behind. He was very adament about me coming home with him. He claimed mum and dad had some sort of surprise. I don't like surprises, not one bit.
"Michael, what are you up to? You know I don't like surprises. Is the blind fold really necessary?" I asked him as I felt the car roll to a stop. He blind folded me at Calums house. Why? I have no idea.
"Yes. I know you don't like surprises. It's a secret that mum asked me to keep, and I shall do just that." He stated.
"Am I in trouble?" I asked, hesitantly. I couldn't think of anything I'd done. Maybe they just didn't want me here anymore....
"No Grace, so stop. You're not in trouble. You're perfectly fine, okay? It's just a surprise." Michael said, getting out of the car. He came round and opened my door, reaching down and taking my hand and helping me up onto the sidewalk.
"Mum! Dad! We're home!" Michael shouted. Moments later I heard the front door slam shut. I was growing more nervous by the moment. I really hate surprises.
"Okay Gracie, we're gonna take the blindfold off, so be still." Dad chuckled, obviously noticing how nervous I was.
The blindfold was pulled off my head and I noticed it was actually Ashton's bandana.
"Ashton will want that back..." I said.
"Really? That's what you're worried about?" Ashton giggled as he stepped out of Calums jeep with Calum and Luke trailing behind.
I turned back round to face my brother when something shiny caught my eye in the drive way. My eyes widened as I focused on a jeep wrangler, just like Calum's except mine was red and his blue.
"I.. You.. What is this?" I exclaimed.
"It's your welcome home gift, baby girl. I know it's been four months but --." My dad said smiling from ear to ear.
"You guys... That must have cost a ton of money!" I was so happy. Now I just needed to get my license. Which shouldn't be too hard. I'll make the guys tutor me.
"It wasn't much. Cheaper than Michael's car actually. But yours is much nicer." Karen smiled, grinning at Michael.
"My car is amazing thank you very much." Michael smirked, gesturing to his car parked on the curb.
"Oh my gosh thank you so much." I squealed running up to Karen and dad.
"It's no problem! We love you baby!" Dad said, hugging me tight.
"How'd you know what kind of car I liked anyway?" I said, raising my eyebrows back at the boys.
"You may or may not have mentioned how much you liked my jeep, and I may or may not have mentioned it to your brother while you were at my house." Calum smiled, blushing.
"And I may have texted mum and dad and let them know because we may or may not have been planning this for like 2 weeks." Michael giggled.
"You guys! I don't like surprises." I mumbled as Calum reached out and put his arms around me.
"I know but you like this one, don't you?" He mumbled in my ear causing me to smile ear to ear.
"Maybe. Maybe I like this even more." I whispered, looking up at him. He smiled, looking over to Michael who was laughing so hard at us that he had to hold onto Ashton for support.
"Okay! So whose going to teach me to drive! I need my license!" I said loudly.
"We'll tutor you! Lets go for a drive now!" Luke giggled.
