LIZZIE POV

I woke up and i saw in the armchair Evelyn sleeping. I looked at the clock and i saw it was half past 8 am. then i rembered what happened yesterday. i slowly got up and i walked to Eve. i placed a hand on her knee and i rubbed it while i started talking.

"Sweety, wake up" she stirred awake, and she rubbed her eyes. then slowly she opened them.

"Mom! how are you? are you feeling better?" she asked me and i nodded.

"Yes, baby, thank you" we smiled at each other and then i stood up. 

"let's go to make breakfast, i think it's too late for you to go to school so start thinking what we should do today" she grabbed my hand, and we walked downstairs. 

i started making pancakes while Evelyn was sitting on the counter waiting for it. 

She was watching something on her phone when she started laughing.

"Why are you laughing like this?" i asked with a small laughter. 

"Thalia and Hope think ive been eaten by some fire-breathing dragon" she laughed and i laughed with her.

"You didn't tell them that you weren't going today?"

"No, yesterday i forgot to bring my phone in your room with me so this morning i didn't hear the alarm. plus, yesterday i didn't know today i wasn't going to school" she answered and immediately after her phone rang. she answered.

SCARLETT POV

after i turned back home i went to bed and i woke up this morning at 7 am since Rose has school. I'm tired as hell. i made breakfast and i woke rose up, we got ready and i took her to school. while i was coming back i thought to call Eve, to know how Lizzie was.

"Hey, Scar!" eve answered the phone.

"Hey, I'm disturbing?"

"No, tell me everything"

"i don't have to tell you anything. i just wanted to know how Lizzie was"

"she's better, hold on. I'll pass you to her" i waited and after some seconds Lizzie voice came from my phone.

"Scar, I'm fine, thank you for coming yesterday. i didn't want to bother you. Eve could have done it by herself" she said and i heard Evelyn telling her:

"Hey! i didn't know what to do!" Lizzie laughed.

"Eve, you did great by calling me!" i said and i could hear a thank you from her.

"What are you going to do today?" i asked

"We dont know yet, and you?"Lizzie replied.

"I'm going to set even tho I'm tired as hell. luckily i should be done for midday time"

"Well, if you want, when you will be done with working, you can come, and we could continue our marvel marathon, Eve is looking forward to finish it" she suggested. i thought for a while and then i spoke.

"Ok, its fine for me. i dont think Eve will be happy to finally finish the marathon" i laughed and lizzie laughed with me while i heard Eve talking.

"Why? what will happen?" me and Lizzie laughed even more and then, when she calmed down a bit, she answered to her.

"Nothing, baby. nothing" she said and i laughed again. 

We closed the call and i head to set.

EVELYN POV

We finished breakfast and since we will continue with marvel films this afternoon with Scarlett, I'm going to study a litte this morning. i got up and i put my plate on the sink and then i walked upstairs in my room.
