I ran. I ran and ran and ran. It was all I knew. It was imprinted into my brain. Cower away. Run from your problems. Never face things directly. I never tried to fix any problems. I just knew I couldn't. So I ran. Where, you may ask? The only place I could call home. And it wasn't even where I lived. Harry's house. His mother was so sweet and kind and giving. He would always let me curl up into his body, mine shaking as the sobs erupted from my body. This life was unbearable. But I know I would never do anything about it. I would simply go on living the life I was used to. Harry's mother offered to let me stay for a while, but I knew I had to get back. My father had most likely calmed down by now, and the only thing I could do was run home. Why was I running towards my problem? Because if I didn't, the problem would only enlarge. Creating a bundle of chaos that even I could not run away from.
