Promises

"Hayley? Is... is it really you?" Damn. Damn. Damn. Holy fuck. How the fuck does he know its me. Fight or flight? When in doubt, run. So that's what I did. I yelled "RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!" And ran straight towards my room, slamming the door. I looked around, before realising that it wasn't my room that I was in. Damn it. Should have been paying more attention. The cat gods will curse me for this. I got up, thrust the door open, and ran to my room yelling "RUUUUUUUUN!!!" After looking around, I yelled "GOD DAMN IT!!" Before running off to the finally correct room.

Harry's POV

I can't believe it. She's here. In the room right next to mine. What am I doing just sitting here. I quickly got up, and walked to her room. I was panicked, but at the same time I was confident and calm.

I slowly opened the door, to see Hayley sitting on her bed, facing the wall. "I need to talk to you Hayley. I need you to listen." She just slowly nodded her head, still staring the other way. "I know I'm a douche. I know I shouldn't have done what I did. You were my best friend, and after what Kayelyn did to you, I was all you had. But I still managed to let you down. I hated every second of every day after that party. Because I wasn't spending my days with you. I know you most likely won't forgive me but... but I had no idea why I did the things I did. Why I said the things I said. If I could go back and fix things I would. I would fix us. I would fix you" by then, tears were streaming down my face, and when she turned her head, I could see that Hayley was crying too. " I... I just can't..." suddenly, she got up, rushed over to me and crushed her lips to mine. I happily obliged, and her hands traveled through my hair as mine rested on her hips. "Just promise me one thing. Don't break my heart ever again..." I nodded my head, " Only if you promise me one thing... be mine?" For ever and ever?" She nodded excitedly and pulled me into a big kiss. This was possibly the happiest I had ever been. Because we were finally together. We were finally both happy.
