Soon enough ,the door bell rang .Abi decided to go get the door.

"Oh hey ...Patrice ,Lara .You're welcome .Come in ,Come in."Abi moved out of the doorway for them to enter .

"Thank you Abiona.Wow, this place is lovely."

That voice. Never thought I'd hear it again .
Well,let the party begin.

Chapter 3

"Thank you .Carmen actually picked out the colour and everything."she said as she smiled.

Now everyone's eyes were on me including my sister's"

"H-hey"Lara smiled at me.

"Hi"I tried to smile back

She frowned a little

"Come sit down "she beckoned to Lara and Patrice.

The two sat down in the couch;Patrice beside Abi and Lara beside me.

"There's a lot of fun in-store this evening and I hope y'all are ready."

"Totally readyyyy" Patrice sorta yelled

"Yay."I whispered to myself .The night just got awkward.

About an hour and half into the movie ,the drinks and popcorn were done so I decided to go get some from the kitchen.

When the popcorn was done cooking I put it in a bowl and retreated to the living room with some drinks also in hand .I stopped in my tracks when I saw Lara right in front of me .

"Carmen,can we please talk?"she asked

"Depends on what you wanna talk about."I replied.

"Look I know you're mad at me I would to if I were in your shoes .I understand what I did was very very wrong and idiotic but I hate myself every single day for what I did to you.I'm so sorry .I know no amount of words would convince you to forgive me but I just want you to know that I'm deeply and truly sorry.Everything just got in my head ,how our parents treated me like a princess and how you used to take the blame for everything bad thing I did .I just thought that you'd be willing to take the blame for what I did and that was stupid of me.I just hope mom also forgives me wherever she is .I miss her so much and I regret letting my emotions get the better of me.I want us to be the way we were .How you'd tell me everything and how I'd tell you everything. I-I just I miss my sister .I miss her so so much .It even hurts thinking about possibly losing you.I love you Cami.I'll always do ."at this point she couldn't hold back her tears .They spilled don't her cheeks like a waterfall.

I couldn't help it either.To say I didn't miss would be a very big lie.She was best friend and my only sister and sibling.I loved her so so much.

I pulled her in for a hug

"I missed you too ."I said

"I'm so sorry ."she said again

"It's okay I forgive you .And I think mom's also forgiven you."I smiled as I wiped her tears.

She hugged me once more "Thank you so so much .You don't know how happy I am right now."

"Yeah yeah .Now that it's all settled ,let's go back and join the rest ."
