Tom was born into a broken world, with people hunting down his parents and always hiding, it was horrible. When Tom was 14, the WPA caught up with his family. Toms parents told him to run, Tom escaped with his life but it came at a great cost, he would never see his parents. He lived the next few years on the run. Tom was barely surviving, but others were were being killed. One by one, Toms kind was being killed by his own people. Toms parents told him to never stop running, always keep moving, and that's what he did, that's what kept him alive. Some people set up shelters that were hidden from the Government, they were thought to be safe, but the government always finds them, no one ever escapes. Tom would some times stop into these shelters and collect supply's and food, but he would never spend the night there, it was way too dangerous. As the years went by, Tom grew older and picked up more tricks, but they couldn't keep him alive forever. Now Tom is 17, on the run, has no friends or family and the WPA is closing in on him.
