Dear calamity,

I'm sorry to inform you that I will not be coming home, or the time I have been gone I have realized our relationship will not be going anywhere if you keep keeping secrets. I love you but I can't help you if you don't tell me what's going on. Oh calamity,  I hope you come to your senses one day. And I hope you find somebody else that will be able to help you because I can't.

Maybe one day again will meet but for now I am moving away. Calamity, I would have done this in person but I was too scared that I wouldn't be able to do it so I am sending a letter. Edalyn forgive me.

The day eda got a letter she excited to open it because she hadn't heard from her lover in a few weeks.

Dear calamity,

Oh no. They never have started their letters like that.

As she read through the letter she started to cry realizing that she made a mistake. She lost her lover she lost hope she didn't know what to do she lost her self.

Her partern of 10 years, her best friend. Gone. All because of a of a lie.

" I messed up." She said dropping the letter and beging to sob. She wish that she told them that she was sick. She wished that she let them help her. But she was too stubborn, and she realized that the moment she got the letter. They said that they were going on a trip to a different state to look at a job opportunity, they must have taken it and left her behind. She doesn't know where they are all she knows is that she's alone now.

10 years later, now:

Edo woke up in her room and got ready for work, after the break up she got a job as a private investigator, she moved her to a different state for a fresh start. It's been 10 years since the breakup and her job is better than ever and she has helped solve a lot of cases and also help families with issues.

Raine would sometimes cross her mind and she would wonder how they were doing with their new job, well not so new it's been 10 years but all of that wondering changed the moment she got her next assignment.

I have hired you for a case that might help with something, I have this music teacher that works for me at my school but I've always wondered where they came from and their life before this because 10 years ago they came here for a fresh start and never ever talk about their past and it looks like they were running from something, I normally know you don't take cases that have to go into their past but I would really like to know,

The principal is right she normally doesn't like taking cases that have to take into people's past but cases like that always pay her a lot. She got ready to receive their file and then she did.

That's when she began to panic, she had to investigate her ex lovers past. The issue was she knew exactly what their past was and why they left. But then it hit her, she lives in the same area as them and she's never seen them. She's past the school multiple times, she may have even passed their classroom.

She pulled herself together and began to walk to the school, although she was sick walking was good for her. Also she wasn't allowed to drive a car because her doctor told her not to. Once she reaches the school she starts to look for the music classes.

"M202, M203, M204! Here, raine whispers," she knocks on the door slowly. She couldn't believe what she was doing, she was about to see rain Whispers after 10 years.

"Coming!" Someone said from inside of the classroom, she knew that voice all too well.

" I am so sorry about that I was just finishing grading some of my kids music work that they were assigned yesterday, anyway how may I- EDA!" they say and look at her.

" raine. Hi, I heard that you were teaching at the school, it's funny because I lived here for 9 years."

" always great to see you I can't believe you're here, why did you stop by?" They ask her, she looks at them,

" I don't really know, I guess I just wanted to see how you were doing the past 10 years, so this is the job that you took, the music teacher. It really Suits You," she says gesturing to the classroom.

" yeah I've always wanted to give music to out to the world and this was the best way I could, what do you do now I remember that you used to be a, I actually don't remember." They say,

She smiles, " I was a shop owner and I used to sell random drunk at flea markets, but now I'm a private investigator."

" that's really cool eda, I'm glad that you got your life together." They say, and smile back.

" if I'm being completely honest you're the reason why I got my life back in shape, if you never sent me that letter saying that I need to get my life back and straightened up, because of you I got my life together. Life is too short especially for me." She says looking down and then looking back at them.

" Life's Too Short especially for you? What do you mean?" They ask,

"Oh uh you know, I'm a calamity, a troublemaker." She says.

" you always wear a troublemaker, even in school," they say, " my next class is going to start soon, but do you want to meet up for dinner after school ends for me?"

"Sure, why not." She says, "ill see you then, here's my address," she writes it down on a piece of paper. And they nod.

"See you then, clamity~" they say and walking to There class room and eda goes home.
