She pushes one last time and the baby comes out. "Its to late.. I'm so sorry" the doctor says.

"Wait! There's another one! Keep pushing!" He yells to (y/n). She successfully pushed out the second baby and the grip on my hand loosens. "It's a boy!" The doctor says handing the crying baby to the nurse to get cleaned up. I smile knowing my beautiful fiancé pushed him out.

My head swings up to the monitor connected to (y/n) going wild. "Pulse is dropping! Quick-" all the noise faded out to only the love of my life's voice.
