Lucas wakes up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep so he just scrolls on his phone that's until max wakes up out of her sleep screaming in pain

Max just cries
He puts her in his lap and feels something wet
Lucas: your in labor
He calls el to come babysit Kenzie
(After el comes max and lucas are in the car)
Max is just crying while lucas rubs her back
After they get to the hospital and get a room

After they baby is born
He looks at max
