Taehyung stood up, walking towards where Jungkook was seated. He passes him his bottle, ruffling his hair just the way he likes to ruffle Eunwoo's hair.
"Don't whine like a baby now, here you go" Taehyung chuckled as he watched Jungkook's eyes light up.
"I know you are weak for my pretty smiley face" Jungkook grinned, snatching up the bottle from him. immediately opening it, eyebrows furrowed together as he made angry noises to show how much he liked it.
"Pretty face?" Eunwoo frowned, looking at Taehyung in question.
"Yes like our- don't try to avoid the capsicum bun - just like how pretty our little eunie is right?" Jungkook, who had just downed the half bottle, nodded, smiling up at the little alpha.
"Eunie is pretty like hyungie" Eunwoo grinned at that, both the bunny smiles facing each other. It made Taehyung let out a single chuckle as he took his own plate of breakfast, sitting up next to his son.
"Jungkook, I hope you know I can't keep Bam," Taehyung said, pointing his fork at the alpha as he chewed on his food, ignoring the whine that came from his son.
"But appa whyyy"
"flowers and leaves are always everywhere. We don't have the space to keep bamie, bun. Maybe you can go to hyungie's place to play with bamie hm?"
Taehyung said he never thought he'll actually voice any such sentence out. Leaving Eun alone with Jungkook..... It's something he wouldn't have allowed if it wasn't for the small moment they shared last night.
He didn't trust the alpha yet, there was still a little bit of fear inside of him, fear of Jungkook leaving.
Fear of Jungkook taking eunwoo away from him.
He doesn't think the alpha would hurt their son, the Jungkook he knows isn't so heartless but then again, does he even know the alpha in reality??
Maybe he doesn't.
But it doesn't matter, Deep down Taehyung knows his son is completely safe with the alpha, that their son is safe with his other father.
So it's not that, it'll never be that.
What he is really afraid of is that little heart of his. He knows he's giving Jungkook more than what he deserves. It's not official but they are acting like a family.
A pretend family, one that looks more real, a bit too Domestic when Taehyung thinks about it.
It shouldn't be, it's been not that long since Jungkook came back, since he apologized.
Taehyung knows he's basically already forgiven the alpha, no matter what he says, no matter how much he tells Jungkook to prove himself in order for the omega to forgive him, he has, he knows.
He knows deep down he has already forgiven him, accepted him.
Accepted this, this, this whatever the fuck they are.
He shouldn't, he knows. Jungkook should work hard for that forgiveness, to get the smile of Taehyung, to be trusted enough for the omega to leave Eunwoo alone in his care.
He knows he has given in too easily.
But that's the thing, how?
Should he get on his knees and beg for forgiveness? Is that how one proves themselves? Or should he do something which isn't possible in the first place.
Like going back in the past and doing everything right this time? Is that how one proves themselves to be worthy?
Taehyung doesn't know what one should do in order to gain forgiveness, his mother always said that if one feels guilty for their wrong doings and try to become a better person then they deserve to be forgiven, Then they deserve a second chance
