{Chapter 15}

3rd Person POV:

The day following Louis leaving, Harry was allowed to go back to light work, no heavy lifting or twisting too much, but he can do most of his normal work for Thursday and Friday. For the two last days of the work week Louis and Harry texted more than usual due to Louis still worrying about Harry's injuries. The way Louis was acting was making him even cuter in Harry's mind with all his stressing, even his own family members (parents & avengers) didn't check in on how he was feeling as much as he does. His family, the team, tower workers, and his best friend Zayn have all checked up on him a few times but no one as much as Louis. For work on Thursday Harry did his normal Thursday job of helping interns. He walked around helping with equations and blueprints, but when it came to helping with the actual product he was only allowed to point to where things could go with the interns putting everything into the place she says.

Thursday and Friday for Louis was boring at school. He snuck his phone out in class to text Harry basically the entire school days. Luckily, teachers went on with their boring lectures that put almost everyone to sleep so they didn't notice Louis with his phone out. The only bright side of going to school was lunch where Louis sat with Liam and Niall. With him being caught up with Harry recently that he hasn't really touched base with the guys in almost a week other than a short conversation here and there in the car. Liam and Niall filled Louis in on new tricks they learned at the skatepark the previous weekend and their trip to the mall this past Tuesday, the day Harry had his accident. The talk about the mall led Liam and Niall to ask where Louis disappeared to that day since they didn't see him after school and he wasn't answering his phone. Louis had to then explain what happened.

He had to explain being told to go to the office only to see his dad there, being told about Harry being involved in an explosion at the tower, picking up Harry's mom then going to the tower, having dinner and watching movies with the avengers, cooking breakfast with Harry, Harry giving him a tour of most of the tower, and having dinner with the avengers again before having to leave Wednesday night to return home. Of course Louis left out the parts about him freaking out in the car on the way to the tower, crying when he heard the list of injuries Harry had, crying again when he first say Harry in the hospital bed, cuddling with Harry in the hospital bed, sleeping in the same bed with Harry, cuddling on the couch, cuddling in bed before they were called down to the garage, and the adorably sweet words Harry said in his ear when they were hugging by the car. Liam and Niall would have gone ape if Louis added in the secret parts. Louis knew this because of their taunting on Monday when he returned to school after spending the weekend with Harry, plus they were already going a little too crazy over spending time with the avengers and getting a tour of stark/avenger tower.

Friday for Harry was spent basically the entire work day in Pepper's office going over contracts with his dad popping in from time to time to sign the contracts that had to have his signature. The only time Harry left the office was for lunch when he and Pepper went to the common floor of the penthouse. Harry ended up being the one to make the food but Pepper stayed in the kitchen with him and they talked personal, no business, just getting to be in touch with each other without the company being mentioned. Harry and Pepper do have those talks sometimes just to still touch base and bond. They continued talking while they ate the spaghetti and cheese bread Harry made before going back to the office and getting into work mode again. Work continued for another few hours before FRIDAY alerted him that he needed to go get dressed for dinner and get what he needed for the weekend. Harry said his goodbyes with Pepper before leaving to go get dressed.
