Death

You and your mom weren't only mother and daughter, but you were best friends. You grew up as an only child with only your mom, but you wouldn't want it any other way. You're mom went out to the store one day while you stayed at home. You were having a pretty good day that day.

Until you got... the call.

The hospital.

"Hello! Is this Mrs (Y/N) (Y/L/N)?"

"Uh... this is..."

"Okay! We've called to inform you about, I'm assuming your mother, (Y/M/N)?"

"Y-yea... what happened?"

"We have some sad news. Your mother got into a brutal car accident, and she unfortunately didn't make it. If you would like to come visit her you may."

You hung up the phone before answering. Tears immediately streamed down your face. You ran to your car and sped to the hospital.

(After the hospital)

You decided not to tell anybody about it at the hospital not even your boyfriend, Niall. You just wanted a but to yourself and time to comprehend it. Finally, you decided to text him. He didn't respond like he normally did, and you were disappointed. About ten minutes later, you heard a knock on your bedroom door. Who would that be? You reluctantly opened the door, only to see Niall standing there with your favorite chocolate, tissues, and movies. You immediately hugged him tighter than you ever have. He dropped lost things and gave you one of his signature Horan Hugs. You really needed one.

You spent the rest of the night cuddling, watching movies, eating chocolate, and Niall comforting you and wiping your tears. He stayed at your house for the rest of the week and helped you plan all of the funeral things. He really was the best boyfriend.
