Pregnant

You were sitting on the floor, against your bathtub, hands shaky, tears forming in your eyes, staring at something that would change your life forever. What was in your hand? A pregnancy test. A POSITIVE pregnancy test. By far the worst timing it could possibly be. Niall was leaving for tour in just two weeks and he would not want a baby right now. Lost in your thoughts, you heard a knock on the door.

"Y/N? Babe? Are you okay? You've been in there for a while..." he said, sounding obviously concerned.

You quietly sniffed to answer his question. "Uhm, yea... I'll be out in a minute."

"Okay..." he said.

You quickly got up and splashed some cold water on your face to cover up the tears and redness on your face. You hid the test in your toothbrush drawer, since you and Niall had separate ones. You walked out of the bathroom, hopefully seeming okay.

-Later that night-

You were laying in your bed while Niall was in the bathroom, about to brush his teeth. All you could think about was the test and how you would tell him.

"Hey, babe? Where's my toothpaste? Whatever, I'll just use your-" he was cut off by opening a drawer. You were dead. Busted. You knew it, too. You sat there on your bed, hand on your mouth. Niall walked out of the bathroom, staring at the test with a shocked look on his face. You stood up, fidgeting with your teeth on your mouth.

You took a deep breath, ready to explain everything very quickly. "Listen... I was gonna tell you I just didn't know how and I was just shocked and didn't know what to do so I hid it without thinking and I wanted to tell you but I knew you would be mad and I just-"
you were cut off by his soothing voice.

"Mad? You really think I would be mad? Y/N, this is amazing!" he said. You felt like a weight was lifted off of your shoulder. You did a slight smile and Niall pulled you into his chest. He rubbed tiny circles on your back. He pulled away and left a soft, calm kiss on your lips.

"So you're really not mad?" you questioned.

"Of course not! Why would I be?" he asked.

"Well... I don't know... you're leaving for tour soon and have a lot of big stuff going on in your life." you sadly said.

"It's ok. Really. You're more important than a dumb little tour."

You both smiled and shared another soft kiss. What did you do to deserve him?
