Happy Marriage [5]

[2 Years Later]

"I'm thinking of moving. What do you say?"

Yunho asks as he rests his chin on the head of the omega laying on top of him. They're both nude and pressed against each other. Yunhobhas his arms wrapped around the omega's body. His hand touches the scar he left on the omega. He loves feeling the warmth of the omega against his skin.

Last night had been a passionate experience. Yunho had been gone on a business trip for a month. The moment he had stepped inside the house, Mingi had taken him to the bedroom. It wasn't their first time. But it was the first time that they didn't slowly work into it. Mingi wanted him and he wanted him. So they met in the middle without protests.

"To what province?" Mingi replies.

"Abroad," Yunho responds simply.

The omega props himself up to look at him. There's surprise in his eyes. The alpha could also see the questions in his eyes.

"Why?" He asks.

There's a pause. The alpha trying to find the words to explain his reasons.

"I think it'd be nice," he chooses to say honestly. "I also... may have bought an inn while I was abroad."

"You did what?" Mingi asks blinking at him.

"You know I always wanted to manage an inn. But then... you know plans changed and I ended up watching my father sell the inn our family-owned. So I bought one impulsively! I did it with my own money too," the alpha defends himself.

The omega peers down at him a moment and then begins laughing. He lays himself next to the alpha, the laughter never stopping. Yunho turns on his side to look at the laughing omega.

"What's so funny, huh?" He asks a smile on his lips.

The omega's laughter dies down and he turns to look at him.

"You know I worry you'd cheat on me every time you go abroad. But this is better. You spent God knows how much to buy an inn in a foreign country. I truly love you, Yunho," Mingi says with a smile.

Yunho stares at him for a moment. He takes in Mingi's smiling face. And for some reason at that moment there's a rush of old memories that wash over him. The first year was spent walking on eggshells and trying to understand each other. The last year getting much closer, actually falling in love. It all feels surreal.

"Why are crying?" Mingi asks with a chuckle but his brows furrowed in worry.

"We don't say I love you often enough," Yunho says as Mingi wipes his tears.

"You're a softie. I can't believe I was intimidated by you," the omega says, pulling their faces together so their foreheads can press against each other.

"What do you say, about moving?" The alpha asks closing his eyes.

"I think it's my turn to follow you," the omega replies.
