14 - emotional rollercoaster

Jisung bought the breakfast and entered the room to see Minho sitting on the bed staring out the window.

" Hyung? " Jisung said with a small voice to get his attention. Minho turned towards Jisung as he kept the food on the table near the bed.

" Doctor said to eat something and take the medicine. After then you can leave. "
Minho nodded and unpacked the freshly made bagels.

" How did you get bagels in these mountain? " Minho questioned.

" The cafeteria made some bagels for the teachers and I sneaked some for you. " Jisung said embarrassed but with a proud smile.

Minho tried his hardest not so smile and stuffed his face with the bagel. He was still shocked from the kiss, even if it was a forehead kiss, his stomach was filled with butterflies but he concluded that it was because of hunger.

Half way through his breakfast he realized that Jisung was just sitting there staring at him.

" Don't you wanna eat something? Stop staring at me. "
Jisung quickly looked away, trying to hide the blush on his cheeks and said,
" I'll eat later on. "

" If I'm not wrong, the cafeteria closes at 10am and will not open till it's lunch time. "

" Uh yeah... "

" And it's 10:30 now. " Minho stated.

" Well shit then.. " Jisung said embarrassed as he forgot to bring himself something because he was stuck on sneaking the older the bagels.

Minho sighed and shook his head in disappointment.
" Here, I ate most of it but I think I'll survive if you eat it instead. "
Minho said gesturing towards a bagel and a can of untouched juice. Jisung immediately shook his head in protest.

" No hyung you should eat it as you need energy to heal. "

" Shut it and eat. Also, just because you think you saved my life does not mean I'm gonna forgive you. So stop saying no and just eat it. " Minho hissed.

He didn't know why he was being so rude but knew one thing for sure that his heart is getting softer for the younger.
Jisung didn't question any further and ate the bagel.

That afternoon

" Ok students, so it's time for some activities. Because of the incident that occurred yesterday we will be doing an activity which does not require the exposure to the water but teamwork. So are you all excited? " The teacher sounded with excitement.

" Yes!! " Some students yelled back but I couldn't match the same enthusiasm.

" So Activity of the day is.... Please give me a drum roll. "
The student started stomping their feets to build the suspense.

" Making you're own lunch! "

" What! " Majority student sounded. Some groaned and some were excited to show their cooking skills.

" C'mon students show some enthusiasm! Making your own food and then eating it after all the hard work makes it taste so much better. " The teacher tried to enlighten with positivity of this activity.

"So here is the deal, people will be divided into group of four. Everyone will be given a specific duty like getting the utensils, bringing ingredients, etc. But the real catch is that you won't be provided with vegetables or any fruit required for cooking, sure we will give you spices like salt and sugar but fruits and vegetables required would be found by you. "

Everyone gave the teacher a confused look and the teacher smiled and continued.

" It's like a treasure hunt but not the actual one as the real treasure hunt will begin in the evening. No more spoilers. Back to the main topic, so from the group of 4 people, 2 will go treasure hunting for fruits and vegetables in the forest which are hidden by our own staff. Bring as many things as you want, and yes you can share but what's the fun in there? " The teacher continued to give instructions but I zoned out thinking of a possible plan for my mission minsung.
