Kyungsoo nervously sat on the chair, giving occasional glances towards the door, hoping Jongin will arrive soon and hoping he wouldn't. Baekhyun's father owns the cafe and Baekhyun sometimes helps working here. He is excited to bring Kyungsoo here because he is able to help at any critical moments. Finally, Jongin pushed open the door and looked around. He finally locked eyes with Kyungsoo.
"Go on." Baekhyun whispered when he walked past him.
Jongin looked at Baekhyun and Baekhyun winked at him. Jongin then inhaled a deep breath and went over to Kyungsoo. He sat down on the seat opposite of Kyungsoo.
"You came." Kyungsoo gave a warm smile.
"Yeah.." Jongin smiled softly.
"What do you want to eat or drink?" Kyungsoo asked.
As if a cue, Baekhyun came to take their orders.
"Americano." Jongin said. "Two americano please, Baekhyun." Kyungsoo said.
"I ain't Baekhyun, sir." Baekhyun said and giggled while walking away.
"Is he always like this?" Jongin asked.
"Yeah. But there are worser cases so beware of him." Kyungsoo said.
Then, Baekhyun served up their drinks.
"You like coffee?" Kyungsoo asked Jongin.
"Yeah, but I don't always drink them." Jongin said.
"I see." Kyungsoo nods slowly.
It was a little awkward but Kyungsoo always start the conversations and Jongin was grateful for that. Then, just as they stopped talking for a few minutes. Baekhyun came with two plates of strawberry cheese cakes.
"We didn't order this, Baekhyun." Kyungsoo said.
"It's our speciality for new couples." Baekhyun winked.
Kyungsoo frowned as Baekhyun left.
"Do you think he poisoned it?" Jongin stared at his cake.
"He probably put love potion in it." Kyungsoo said.
"It looks really delicious." Jongin said, almost drooling.
"Let's eat it then." Kyungsoo chuckled and picked up the fork.
Their date went on every Monday, Wednesday and weekends when the both of them do not have any lessons after school. Jongin developed a much better feelings for Kyungsoo overtime as he know more about him. Kyungsoo also found himself falling in love with Jongin with every move he make. Occasionally, he would peek through the door of the dance studio to see Jongin having his dance lessons. BaekYeol were happy to know the KaiSoo couple have progressed much more faster than they had expected.
"This is true love." Baekhyun told Kyungsoo while swinging on the swing.
Kyungsoo looked at the two.
"So, how was it loving Kim Jongin?" Chanyeol jumped off the swing and went over to Kyungsoo who was on the slide.
"It was interesting." Kyungsoo said.
"Just interesting?" Chanyeol asked.
"He's nice. Handsome. And really really talented." Kyungsoo continued.
"Isn't that great? The both of you can be married as soon as all of us graduate!" Baekhyun exclaimed.
"Married? Are we even that close to do that?" Kyungsoo asked.
"Duh! The both of you love each other! Why not?" Chanyeol asked.
"You two are a match in heaven. All thanks to us!" Baekhyun said and high-fived Chanyeol.
Kyungsoo smiled. "You're right."
