I was counting my groceries to make sure I had everything. 'Jeez why does mom need so much stuff' I scoffed while the basket in my hand was really heavy. After carefully checking everything, I realized that I only needed milk. Of course I have to get the one without lactose, because Mina is allergic to it. I groan out of frustration while I tried to reach the milk on the top shelf and I finally got it with a little bit of effort. Soon enough, I went to pay for my groceries with the money my mom gave me before I left. The wind was getting stronger then what I remember when I came here and it definitely looked like it was going to rain.

While me being so forgetful, I forgot to bring an umbrella with me, hurray to my dumb brain. I tried to find a shelter before it could start to really rain and luckily I was near the library who wasn't closing for another 2 hours. I quickly ran inside the library and dropped my stuff right beside the couch I was sitting on. Suddenly thunder strikes right before my eyes making me jump a slightest bit surprised at the shock it gave me. I sighed knowing I was probably stuck here for a bit, because I did not want to get home all wet, since it was my pet peeve to get wet in the rain. I didn't really mind it, because I was inside the library, so I could read books as much as I wanted to. I jumped out of my chair seeing that no one else was here and shrugged it off, since it was late, so I thought that everyone was already home.

I skipped to the novel section and searched for my favorite books to read, even if I've read them at least a thousand times. While I saw all the bright and colorful covers which attracted my attention the most, I saw something I've never seen before. At the end of the shelf was a door, but that door wasn't here before as far as I knew. I hesitantly walked to the door intrigued by how pretty it was, before I touched the handle. I frowned feeling some sort of dust on my hand as I removed it and saw that there was indeed golden dust on my hand. 'what is this?' I was completely weirded out by how strange this door was, but what was even weirder is that the door opened itself in front of my eyes. I wanted to close my eyes and walk away to pretend this never happened, but what I saw in front of me kind of fascinated me. It was something that looked like a boutique. There was many antique objects and a lot of them looked like it hasn't been dusted for years.

"Hello dear are you searching for something?? Oh my you're really young." An old lady suddenly spoke up surprising me a lot. "Hello ma'am, I'm sorry for intruding, I just got here and I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I was at the library earlier-" I tried to all blurt it out, but I realized she wasn't really listening and she went to search for something in her old boxes, so I just followed her. "Ah here it is!" She exclaimed showing me an really old box that she found and put it on the table. I frowned and examined the box closely confused as to why she put up the box. It had a really pretty design with a strange flower on the middle of the cover. "What is this flower ma'am?" I asked curiously while she pulled out her old glasses and looked at it carefully. "That is an hibiscus my dear, it's a really beautiful flower" the woman just handed me the box after I was looking at it carefully.

"Why are you giving this to me ma'am?" I asked her dumbfounded as to why she would give me such a pretty box? "I want you to have it dear, someone told me that the next person that came in here would be the new owner of this object. Here take it. It's a gift" she handed it to me in my hands and I just really couldn't refuse her kindness so I nod thanking her again. I suddenly saw that the cloud was disappearing and the sky was clearing up, so I thought that I should go home, because my mom would probably get worried if I was out for too long. I took all my grocery bags after walking back to the library and I had an odd feeling that something was going to happen, but I didn't know what.

"Where were you??? Do you know how worried I was?" My mom was glaring at me scolding me again when I got home and I just put the grocery on the table "it was raining so I went to take shelter in the library" I told her while he shook her head "you could have just ran home. This rain was nothing I can't believe you" my mom then proceeded to take out the groceries to place it in the fridge alonf with my sister while I went back upstairs remembering the box that old lady gave me and of course I took it before my mom could lay her hands on it. The box was pretty, yet mysterious which made me a lot more curious as to what was inside of it and as I opened the box, there was only a figurine plugged on a cd. "A music box??" I told myself feeling a bit confused and when I switched it on, it played a beautiful music that calmed me down. Wow I definitely never heard something so soothing. It was so calming and relaxing that I think I fell asleep without even realizing it.

Sleep well my sweet, tomorrow will be another day
