Lost and Found (Han Jisung ff)

Chapter 1

"Lee Y/N! Have you done the dishes yet???"

My mom screamed at me for the 10th time today before I groaned falling off from my bed due to exhaustion and walked downstairs to do the dishes. I grumbled looking at my mom's disappointed face when she was simply glaring at me.

"How many times do I have to tell you to do the house chores? I shouldn't be repeating these to you all the time do you understand?" She just looked at me while I avoided eye contact and hummed trying my best to clean up the plate.

"Hey mom! Look I got an A again!" My little sister Mina told her and it was her final exams. My mom applauded her since it was her last year of highschool and they were already discussing how she was going to become a doctor. My parents always say that she's going to have a career in her life, so they pressure her to always have good grades.

As for me, they already lost all hopes in trying to find me a good job and my mom told me that as long as I could work to pay for myself that was fine enough. My name is Lee Y/N as you can see and I'm just an average ordinary girl in college. I also have ADHD and I'm a slightest bit autistic, so I don't really have many friends and my communication skills sucks.

My mom is always worried for me because of that and she tries to tell me that I need to work on communicating with other people in order to be able to survive. As much as I knew that, I still wasn't really great at it. She can be disappointed as much as she wants to, but I know for myself that I try my best in what I do. I'm currently studying in order to become a teacher in elementary school. Yeah it's not a really winning job in life according to my parents, but it doesn't really matter to me. as long as I could make a living out of this, it was fine for me.

I do have some hobbies such as music and books. I really loved listening to music while reading books like it was my guilty pleasure to get myself lost in my own imagination. My favorite genre of books were romance, since I was a hopeless romantic, but enough about me now. You guys will get to know me more through the story.

As I was finally done with the dishes, I was about to go upstairs again, but my mom called me again. "Y/N! Can you come here for a second???" She asked like she was irritated which she always seems to be whenever she had to call me. "Yes mom???" I asked standing in front of her and she gave me a list of groceries "can you buy me all of these? We have to celebrate Mina's success tomorrow and I'm inviting all our family" she told me and I already knew I had no choice, so I nodded and took the list. I decided to take my airpods with me while I put on my coat. After that, I left not saying goodbye to any of them.

I sigh while I was outside and it was already the first day of fall. Strolling my way to the groceries store, I knew it was going to be a long night. Thank god fall was my favorite season, so I got to enjoy a bit of the view, hopefully this day won't end badly
